Booking my Tenerife holiday with Olivia was a genuinely great experience. She was efficient, supportive, and clearly very experienced. I have booked a trip with Nikki on line and I am totally satisfied with the communication she has given me and explained everything extremely well.. all relevant forms sent the following day, so I’m nearly all ready for my trip in November, I’ll write another review then to let everyone know how it went but so far I cannot complain about anything…

Well what can I say ? Trying to get 8 family members to agree on a holiday to krakow and Olivia pulled it out of the hat . Answered all my many many questions , found flights to suit our needs and was so friendly all the time . Well done Olivia and thank you so much 👍
