I contacted the Healthy Place via text regarding status of my order. Ryan responded to my inquiry as to when I could expect delivery of the order. I was impressed with how quickly Ryan provided the information. I presented Ryan with another question which necessitated Ryan contacting the Inventory Dept. Great outcome
In the beginning I was disappointed with how a discount was handled but after speaking to Tim about it I was taken care of very well. I am so sorry about this misunderstanding. After I talked with the consultant that connected with you I found out that he did not understand that he could give a partial refund. Our website and brick and mortars are two different systems and he is newer with our company.
No harm meant and I would like to refund your order the $15 and then an extra $5 as a small token of my appreciation for this situation. I would be frustrated too! This TLC thyroid pills has been wonderful for me. I started in January of this year after seeing calcium deposits over my thyroid through x-rays. Edited 09/15/21: Now that I have been using CuraMed for a couple of weeks I am amazed. Even the first day I could tell the difference. It has taken my pain level lower. I can do more things which equals a better weight loss. I LOVE IT! I will be purchasing others and I will buy CuraMed again.
