I recently ordered a Seiko wall clock from Finnies The Jewellers, and I am extremely impressed with their customer service. They responded quickly, checked my preferences, and even prepared beautiful gift packaging with a personalised message, as it was a gift for someone.
Their website is very easy to use, and the checkout process was smooth. The price was also £15 cheaper than Amazon, which was a nice bonus.
A special thanks to Jason from their team, who emailed me with photos to let me know there was a minor scratch on the clock and asked whether I was happy to proceed or preferred to wait for another one. This level of honesty and communication is rare.
I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Finnies The Jewellers!

I have been a customer of Finnies The Jewellers for many years. I moved to the Edinburgh area some 10 years ago. I find the personal, friendly service from a true family business, that Finnies are, to be far more pleasant than that received from the likes of Laings or Hamilton & Inches. I recently made a significant purchase using Finnies website. The detail on the website was excellently presented, this was only surpassed by the care and attention in the packaging, with the purchase arriving on schedule and undamaged with the free delivery arranged through Royal Mail.
