I did fill out a form as an inquiry. Did talk to a representative and told them to put me on a do not call list. I have reported this scam to the Government of Canada. This is a complete scam, they have been calling me non-stop for 3 weeks.

from 10 days im trying to contact support but they don't even reply single msg, if u purchase any account and if you didn't received login credentials what u will do ? they will never reply u its fraud go with legit firms

The good thing about Finotrader is that they don't even reply after taking your money so sense of false hope like Corp equity capital!

I was surprised that they still have high ratings. Their support didn't respond to my emails that sent long time ago but it seems they busy thanking the good review posted here.

As I mentioned in my previous review, I did not receive the credentials of my challenge and even after I tried by email and by chat to contact them, there is NIL response.
Hence I asked officially to refund my purchase and again no response!
Lastly, I called my Bank to cancel the transaction and I've an appointment to fulfill some paper to engage the dispute.
Be aware all 5 starts are fake and as you can notice, Finotrader.com is always responding to the 5 stars reviews by thanking the fake reviewer!

Yes 100% scam. Passed the challenge but never get a funded account. No email, no chat afterward. Don't waste your time and money.

First of all please notice the tick next to my name, I am a verified member here, unlike ALL of the positive fake reviews you will see about this firm.
100% scam company. Part of my work is reviewing new prop firms & can tell anyone who reads this to stay clear of this firm. They will take your money for the challenge & send you a certificate & contract when you pass phase 2, but then they will ghost you. Trust pilot need to upgrade so that we can't even give a company 1 star & possibly a red flag or something.
Apparently they are based in the UK & am currently looking into their business as I am also based nearby. This company has also pretty much just copied & pasted the layout from E8 prop firm which is a great firm, see my previous reviews.

Fino Trader goes down as the worst yet & is lower than Funding Talent were. Notice how the positive reviews have also come from the same times therefore fake or created by themselves. Professional criminals & I'm not sure how trust pilot is allowing all the reviews to get through.
For those of you that know about prop firms you will all know that Funding Talent scammed a lot of traders, you will never guess it, but Fino Trader was in full support of Funding talent, proof & link to this post in our FB community (FTMO Traders Community).
Notice that they have a fake IG page too, it says they have over 32k followers since launching last month, but their posts have 1 or 2 likes from traders. They have obviously bought that IG account from someone & then advertise the company. Pretty dumb because if they had over 32k genuine followers then they would be growing faster than the best prop firms out there such as FTMO & MFF.

From what I have found out about Fino Trader so far, it would not surprise me that the owner would have come from Funding Talent & seen a loophole to scam people for money. Via our social media communities, word is spreading very quickly about this firm & hopefully they will soon crash & not continue to scam people. Just be aware that when this firm crashes they will just create a new one as this is how they operate & make a living, so be careful of who you join.

Due to an unbelievable pathetic attitude from Finotrader, I m being forced to voice my anger through this review. I passed the 100k evaluation on 3/3/2022. It says on their website that u could be trading a funded account within a week. I have sent the KYC on Thursday. I did not hear back until next week Tuesday that was also in response to my inquiry as I did not receive funded account. I was then informed after so many days that KYC failed. They sent a generic email telling me several reasons of failing KYC. I emailed back and asked that I could not correct the KYC unless they give me a specific reason or which document led to KYC failure. Their reply was “just resend all the document”. I sent all the documents again. In short it’s been so many days since I passed the evaluation and sent KYC. I still have not received funded account. Their support has gone silent on me. I have all the proofs/evaluation pass screen shot, telegram messages/emails. I do not know what to do other than writing this review.

Added 15/3/2022: I just saw Finotrader reply to my review. Is this a joke. Did u not even read my review where I have clearly mentioned that I have uploaded documents for the second time. Your KYC team does not give any update. It’s been many days since I uploaded KYC documents for the second time. Are you accusing me for being an imposter using fake IDs. I never used the word “scam” for Finotrader but I reckon I should use it now for not providing me funded account after so many days with no updates on KYC. Absurd!!

Today is 27 March. Still I have not received any funded account details. They have stopped replying to my telegram messages or emails. They only say funded account provided after KYC is done. Their KYC is done by third party and they never contacted me to give me any update even after so many weeks. I deserve an explanation I paid for the challenge and passed it. My review has been verified by trust pilot. I don’t know how is this company is receiving 5 star reviews. I am happy to be contacted by any customer wishes to sign up with Finotrader. I can share the evidence. They are scam.
