Jand and Tretheway location is staffed by incompetent and rude associates who have never heard or understood the customer service aspect of their job. If you are disabled this store will give you a treat for sure but not in the way the law requires. 0 AODA training for any sort of disability. Associates refusing to serve customer after their mistakes. Said I was rude. Who wouldn't be after dealing with these idiots - avoid like the plague there are enough other stores in Toronto.

Fire and Flower in my local area has been the best Dispensary around. From great deals to excellent customer service at checkout. Also team members that know their stuff about flower and accessories, always lead you in the right direction for price and quality.
