I am rather disappointed
I am rather disappointed , as I have booked up a week before to have a quote on a new extension, first fix, I was told at the time that bathrooms were not included, which was fine...on the day of there visit I received a watsapp explaining they fit high end bathrooms at 600 plus vat, then if the level doesn't fit the budget, to feel free to let them know, I was in a rush helping my parents so didn't reply, also felt easier to get the quote and discuss face to face...as didn't think I had to reply for them to come, but they didn't come, I rang a number the lady she said she'd find out, I waited at my parents till 6.40..
Feel disappointed as I'd rearranged my whole week to be there, I would have appreciated a text ir watsapp to say they weren't coming.
Felt so let down particularly as I rang to check what time etc that pm..
Very unprofessional, nice website, but is there a genuine thought for the customer? Sadly very few you can really rely on..

As the quote had been booked a week in advance, it is normal for us to send a text message and WhatsApp to confirm the appointment. We asked you to confirm if you were happy for us to attend, but as we didn’t receive a reply we assumed you may no longer have wished to proceed and didn’t want to arrive uninvited or waste your time.
We send many confirmation messages each week and it is quite common not to receive a reply, which normally indicates the customer does not wish to proceed. Likewise, customers would understandably not be happy if we arrived at their property without confirmation.
We are also sorry to hear that this situation has been stressful for you. Despite the review, we would still be happy to help with the project if you would like us to take a look.
