They refunded my money in full quickly and with little fuss. Customer service is about how you handle problems when they occur and I felt this lot did a great job. No sign of items and no updates
Order accepted 27/7 items shown as I stock. estimated delivery between 31/7 and 4/8 nothing received no information, website says order being processed no further information. Disappointing especially when charged £35 for delivery some kind of update would be nice. The ordered item even nicer

Chris, I am sorry you had a problem with your order, and I wish you had contacted us before leaving a review. Our spare parts page clearly shows delivery times because some parts we have, some are in the UK, but some parts coming from Germany may take 8 weeks.
