I never thought I will be writing a bad review for firstcry. I have been doing my all purchases from first cry from ever since my daughter was born. I found a great difference between customer care service in India and here in UAE. On phone they will give you different information and on email different. I couldn't return few items from order on time because I thought return period is 14 days but later I found its 7 days. When contacted customer care, a guy told me I can write a mail attaching pictures of the items showing they are intact. I have been writing emails since then. First of all they reply so late, then they are just telling it can't be done. Who is correct here???

I paid almost 400 SAR for a very heavy, trashy bicycle for my 10 YO son and there was no chance for me to return it.
I went to a shop near my house and i got him a light, swift, high quality one for only 200 SAR.
I posted a negative review on their application and i got an email informing me they won’t post it because it went against their policy, of course it did, sacmmers.

If I could rate it 0 star I would!!! Ordered a scooter and decided to return same day, reason too small. The process of returning the product is terrible. I order from different famous online shops and never had such awful experience. First of all they ask you to provide 3 photos of the product-ok that’s easy But …they always reject your pics and return. Returning time frame is just 7 days and 2 of them takes just to process your return and then you finally get rejected. Then you have to write to them one million emails and get automatic reply that they are sorry… it’s the most ridiculous online store! Please if you value your time, money and mental health and don’t want to have your first cry, never shop there! You will regret 100% better to pay a bit more and order from A….n.ae believe me!

I bought an interactive kitchen set and I found its some parts damaged and when I put return request, they are not entertaining as if it's my mistake. Customer care executives are just lingering up the process by waiting for 2 days from last 10 days as if they don't wanna take the responsibility of the damaged product. There is no one who will try to listen your request and solve it. They say that call is recorded for training purposes but no body is keeping a check how their customer care executives are retaining their customers. Very bad experience. Very bad management. Never wanted to be their customer again. They are lacking in maintaining their customer's trust on them.

Ordered a three pack (Top model animal face mask) kids beauty facial masks. Only received one facial mask (even though on the app it clearly states that it is 3 pieces). Got into contact with their customer service after numerous attempts. Finally received a response and was told to send pictures of the packaging and the items with barcodes etc. I did this, it’s been 4 days since the email and still no updates. I’ve been sending an email each day since I sent the pictures and still nothing. Was my first and definitely my last time purchasing from FirstCry.

Unreachable customer service. Unprofessional. They never deliver the products on time nor do they ever take any action when a grievance is registered. The worst delivery partner expressbees who have goons working as delivery guys. Today my family’s safety was put at risk by their delivery guy coz he refused to reschedule delivery & did not leave the doorsteps that we had to call security to get him blocked. A similar incident has happed before. Avoid this app at all costs

You even have to follow up and call them everyday for a week and still no solution being given. FIRSTCRY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE! THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY WITHOUT SENDING YOU THE ITEM YOU PAID FOR. Especially with kid’s necessities like FORMULA MILK. So if your kid is running out of milk and you badly needed it next day, FIRSTCRY IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE TO ORDER! THEY WILL STARVE YOUR KID AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THEY WILL MARK YOUR ITEM DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT. WHAT A SHAME! I hope this will not happen to someone who doesn’t have extra money.
