Terrible service, I will never use them ever again, even if I would be paid a million pounds. Such companies give other brilliant Ghanaian companies a bad name. I wish I could upload pictures of the state of my shipment when they arrived in Ghana. I have lost approximately £500 worth of goods because of their terrible handling and displacement. I am soo angry about the whole thing. I honestly entreat people to look past FirstKlass if you are intending on shipping your goods to Ghana. Use other service providers.
First class,suggest it should be last class course their services are very poor.Infact no good customer relationship,They don't give you update on your goods, when you called to enquire is either your call go an answered or you're lucky for someone to answer they gives you order but good customer relation.Infact business with them is a whole stress.
Very disappointed with First Klass Shipping Company.My shipment was delayed far beyond what I was promised and getting proper feedback from customer service was very difficult.The responses were slow and not helpful,which made the whole experience frustrating and caused me a lot of inconvenience.I’m sharing this so others can be careful when using their service.
Total Disaster
First klass wrecked my order. Items crushed, torn, ruined. No updates, zero accountability, useless support. Trash service!
Their service is really bad. Since November my husband sent some good to be delivered to us and as am typing now (15-january 2026) I still haven't received the good and the feedback I had is to wait.
The most useless and unprofessional company I've ever engage with. They destroyed my parcel and I've to report them to the police after 10 weeks before getting my parcel which looked like shit at the time of receiving it. I nearly shed Tears
My husband and myself have used first class shipping for more than 8 years. We have always had great and perfect service. They will update you when goods delay to arrive in Ghana late. I was desperate to send items to Ghana, but, was booked next Tuesday instead of today. I liased with the collecting team and within an hour of calling them, they've collected my items. Ahhhh....they are kind. In fact. I am very happy. Onyankopon nhyira mo ooo. All the uncles and brothers you have collected my boxes are professionals and very reserved. I will never stop recommending them...Bless them
I have been using firstklass shipping a for a while, yea their prices is the best compared to others, the only problem I have with them is the handling of the goods during pick up and delivering... I believe they can work on it and I know they will be the best door to door shipping , actually I am in Ghana and I buy things from online shops In the UK, five star for their pricing..... 4 star for their pick up and delivery, they should get a tail lift van to pick up the Items that will make the goods more safer than using a van because some of the goods are more fragile, but with tail lift van it will be more safer to pick up any Item ..... Linda always responds to me more quickly when I have a problem since I don't live in the UK. In all they are good and the best
I will rate First Klass Shipping 0 any day anytime. I really want to find out who their manager is, or whose company this is, because first of all, they shouldn't be running this business at all. I arranged for a booking one week in advance:cool, that day came, and the driver called to arrange a time which was supposed to be between 2pm and 3pm..cool. I waited until 4.20pm and guess what, I never received any call back from them. I rang their office, made a complaint to one Angela, no apology on her side and had the audacity to ask me to call the driver to find out what's happening. I was fuming but I did call the driver and we rearranged for 6pm to 7pm and again no show and I didn't receive any call from them. I called the office and decided to cancel my booking. Again, no apologies whatsoever. This company shouldn't be running. They have poor customer service and they lack good training. I am therefore highly disappointed in them and I will not recommend their service to any one.
First experience with Beatrice was great. Very professional. I had my box delivered within 4 weeks. I could track to see where my box was at every point in time. Thanks for an amazing service. I'm truly impressed

I used First Klass shipping to deliver a number of things to Ghana. One of the boxes was damaged upon arrival. This was reported to both their Ghana and UK office with evidence shared.
The manager in Ghana was being a bit hesitant to accept responsibility initially. We shared that we would try to salvage as much as we can and he agreed that they would resolve with us what we have not managed to salvage.
He has since stopped communicating with us although it is seen that he is accessing messages sent.
This was also raised with the UK office who have pushed responsibility to the Ghana office fully understanding the challenges we face with them.
Payment was made to the UK office so I am not sure why contractural responsibility now falls with the office in Ghana.
I am now having to deal with a manager who does as he pleases and struggles to grasp the concept of what good customer service entails. It is not as simple as packing and delivering boxes or goods from one place to another.
It should be a bigger disappointment to First Klass and a taint to it's capability, that it struggles to manage issues that should be resolved within minutes.
When the phone stops ringing for "crappy service" you would be forced to wake up and re-train.
Safeguard your good and hard earned money by deciding if this is the kind of service your hard earned money deserves.

VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do not use them. If I could give zero stars I would. I booked for my items to be picked up and was given the silly excuse that the driver could not find the address. The staff was unprofessional and were unable to give me a time for the pickup in the first place. I received no correspondence to let me know that my items weren't picked up. I called them several times and no one was able to give me a good reason. My pick up was rescheduled for the following week and I was informed that my items will be picked between 1pm and 2pm. No one arrived to collect the items and I was later told that the driver said he would pick the items up between 5pm and 7pm after I had already told them that they needed to arrive before 5pm else my reception service would be closed. My items were still not picked up and again, I received no correspondence to inform me of this. I was utterly disappointed and complained to a customer service personnel who didn't even seem bothered by the issue. FirstKlass wasted my time and avoid them at all costs to avoid stress!!!!
