Says my order has been delivered but post office hasn’t received I have emailed and messaged no reply I also used website chat bot and it is useless. Please what ever you do not order from these guys just spend your money else where total fraud. 😡

We are terribly upset that you have left this untruthful review without letting us investigate your order.
To provide full context regarding this review:
The customer placed their order on the 8th of June, and it was shipped on the 9th. The customer then requested, via the Royal Mail website, for the parcel to be delivered to a Post Office branch for collection. According to the tracking information, the item was delivered to the Post Office on the 10th.
The customer contacted our Live Chat on the 15th of June, immediately requesting a refund and stating, “Left a nasty review as you can’t give refund,” before we had any opportunity to respond.
Contrary to the review, we did not receive any emails or prior messages—only the Live Chat message on the 15th.
We responded to the customer, explaining that we would investigate the situation with Royal Mail and follow up on Monday, as Royal Mail customer service was closed on Sunday.
The customer declined any resolution or time for us to investigate further and has since left this review.
We will contact Royal Mail tomorrow and find out more regarding the situation.
Edit: We have contacted Royal Mail, They've confirmed that the parcel was delivered to the Merton Park Parade Post office on the 10th June, The post office it was delivered to has also confirmed that they have and received the parcel, and if not collected, will be returned to sender after 18 days of the parcel arriving

Please don’t order here!! I had to wait for over 2 months before I received my order and when I finally received the package, it turned out that the pouches where already past the expiry date. After trying to contact the customer service I didn’t get any response. So be wise and don’t order here.

Wrong items
Hi, I keep getting sent the wrong items. I have been ordering Killa Dark Cherry 13.2mg, but I keep getting sent the 50mg pouches. I now have aprrox 40 packs of the 50mg which I can’t use and none of the normal ones!

My latest order had different packaging…
My latest order had different packaging (in danish I think). It doesn’t seem like the nicotine content is the same as my previous orders. I don’t really feel anything much apart from the flavour. My son is a regular consumer and thought the same thing. A bit disappointed. Sorry for the bad feedback.
There’s no expiry date, so maybe they were out of date.

The products contents are the exact same however there can be a small chance the items were faulty.
