We had been given an approximate time scale for the service. The engineer messaged us to give a more exact time that morning. He arrived promptly and carried out the service without a mess. Engineer notified us in advance of the arrival time and then arrived at the stated time. He was very polite and courteous and was careful. He did a great job and offered good advice.
