The turned up very promptly and was extremely thorough in diagnosing my boiler problem he was courteous

Following a boiler breakdown during a spell of cold and stormy weather, FirstResponse360 were great in getting the problem resolved. The engineer, Haroon, arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to locate and source the required spare parts, and returned as agreed to fit them....keeping us informed of progress throughout. The work was carried out in a professional manner. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, and I plan to use them in the future should the need arise.

Just occasional you come across a tradesman who actually knows his trade, does what he says and never lets you down. Haroon is one of those gems ! He services my gas boilers at four properties as well as providing gas safety certification, he always provides timely and excellent service. He is very trustworthy, straightforward and professional. Happy to recommend First Response for both residentially and business work.

Haroon was the second engineer to be called out to fix the boiler. He came to assess the fault within 24 hours and arrived promptly the very next morning to fix the fault.

After having problems with our boiler and not being happy with another company our insurance company sent us an engineer from Firstresponse360. What a fantastic lad. Not only did he sort out our problem, but also showed us how to run our boiler more economically and how to set the thermostat. We are both elderly and our understanding of technology isn't wonderful, but he was so patient. We have no hesitation of recommending First Response 360 what-so-ever.

Work carried out included repair of the boilers electrical system along with a full system flush. I can honestly say these guys went a step forward as I don’t live at the address and had issues with handling of the keys for the property. I can also say they was very reasonably priced along with a friendly service.

5⭐️ Response and service. Rang and received service the same day. Kept me informed whilst working was carried out to leaking radiators/ valves. Cleaned up afterwards. Fabulous job…

Had a cistern issue that required the water to be turned off immediately. Contacted Firstresponse360 via Local Heroes and was called back in under half an hour and they had been, quoted and completed the job within two hours. Excellent, efficient service and very helpful.

Had no heating or hot water, the boiler was making gurgling noises. I phoned firstresponse 360 in the evening arrived first thing next morning. Amazing service, quick and gave additional help for my boiler knowledge and help tips. Lovely guy too.

Haroon arrived at our house at the time arranged and he completed a service of our central heating combi boiler. He explained what work he had done and the price seemed reasonable to me. This is the second time he has done this work for us and we will be asking him back next year.
