Resolved and happy
Didn't have a great start, however after our new product was fitted, and Harrison came to retest our loft. Our issues have now been resolved and we have successful warm roof installed. Moisture readings have come down and we can see on thermal imaging that its working.

Very pleased with product and installation
George surveyed our loft, was very pleasant, gave useful information and a reasonable quote for Superquilt insulation to be installed. Installers, John and Branden, were charming, quick and tidy. Worked their socks off and completed the work ahead of schedule. My only problem with this company is the fact that the Operations Co-ordinator 'phoned and asked for the balance of money owed only a few minutes after the installers had left our property! We found this to be rather unnerving as, in our experience, it is very unusual to be asked for money over the phone within minutes of the work being completed, rather than being invoiced.

our loft
our loft was a mess with wet insulation and mould on the rafters. Harrison, the chap who came to advise us from First Stop recommended treating the rafters and installing a warm roof system using SuperQuilt. Things initially didn't go entirely to plan and we were left with a damaged ceiling after an operative put a foot through it. But, First Stop immediately agreed to pay for a new ceiling and were very gracious about the whole process. And now we have a completely unrecognisable loft that has no damp or mould and looks so much better. We are extremely happy with the outcome and can highly recommend First Stop. The are a proper company with a lovely group of staff.

Very impressed with quality of windows. Installation was started on time and completed in a couple of days. Ifti and Alan did a first class job, they put coverings on floor and covered furniture, would definitely recommend this team. From the initial assessment, I found first stop to be absolutely amazing. The surveyor went through everything from, moisture readings to temperatures and showed me where I could improve and solve a few issues. My install was fantastic, they were clean, tidy and went above and beyond to help me.
Aftercare has been amazing they have come back to retest and all my issues have been solved. I couldn't recommend First Stop enough.
