First vet is great! It came with our pet insurance policy with Bought by Many. As first time dog parents, it’s very helpful do get access to a vet for our pooch. It’s a good first step before you actually have to take your ill dog to pet hospital.

Third time I have used FirstVet and constantly first class service. Responsive and kind vets. Thorough recap of call straight afterwards.

After discovering our pet had ate a substantial amount of chocolate my first thought was to use the first vet service included in my insurance plan. The vet contacted us via video link which he gave us the advice necessary to proceed with the best course of action to make sure out pet was kept safe and healthy. Overall the process took around 20min and was incredibly easy to do. I couldn't recommend it enough.

I had a great first experience with FirstVet. The vet I spoke with was so lovely and really helped reassure me that I wasn't going mad with my cat's symptoms. She sent a follow up email to my local vet as well, meaning that nothing will get missed. All around a really thorough service considering it's only via video call.

Very quickly made an appointment when needed late at night and clear and helpful advice given from a friendly vet! Received a written report after the call and all info available in the app too. Will definitely be using again, this is a god send when needed out of usual vet office hours and you don't have to leave home!
