Fishisfast has completely restricted my account dashboard (Locker Suite #FF717-336) and disabled all billing and payment functions due to an internal system error. This has made it completely impossible for me to use their website or schedule a standard shipment online.
To resolve this digital lockout and remove my legally owned consumer merchandise from their warehouse, I emailed their customer support a fully pre-paid US domestic shipping label. This allows them to simply hand the package over to a domestic carrier within the United States without incurring any shipping costs or processing steps on their end.
Unfortunately, the company has ignored my emails for days, refuses to manually print and apply my pre-paid label, and is blocking me from retrieving my own goods. Because they have locked my portal features and refuse to release my possessions to a standard domestic carrier, I have officially lodged a formal complaint with the United States Federal Trade Commission for unfair business practices.

WARNING - they rope you in on the first order. I requested they not repackage my items due to their sensitive nature. They did it fine the first time, second time around just decided to open it on up for no reason whatsoever. Do not trust this company with your personal Items.

Fishisfast helped me a lot as I cannot order from a US website, since I live in Australia. They were very prompt, kept me informed and delivered by shopping to my door!

Unfortunately, my experience with Fishisfast has become very disappointing. Their shipping prices have increased significantly, and what makes it worse is the lack of flexibility when it comes to adjusting the declared value of the shipment.

What is the point of consolidation and repackaging if customers are not given reasonable options regarding the declared value? In the end, we are charged customs duties and taxes based on a value that may be much higher than expected, making the total cost extremely expensive.

I used to choose Fishisfast because their prices were reasonable, but lately the costs have become much higher compared with other forwarding services. I really hope they reconsider their pricing and provide customers with more transparency and flexibility regarding declared values and customs charges.

Think a lot before using any forwarders in USA or anywhere unless it's a very important product otherwise find a direct shipping or don't buy save your money and energy.

First time using Fishisfast to ship from the USA to SA, and wow! Their help was first class when I had questions. They kept me updated, repackaged everything safely, and were incredibly friendly and efficient. Smooth sailing from start to finish. Highly recommended—the best forwarder!

I never imagined I would be writing this, but after exhausting every private avenue to resolve my issue, I feel I have no choice but to share my experience.

I entrusted Fishisfast with two expensive shipments worth more than $700 USD. Just as both shipments were arriving at their warehouse, my account was suddenly suspended without warning.

I was told to provide identity verification. I immediately complied by sending:

* My government-issued ID
* My passport
* Purchase invoices
* Shipping confirmation emails

I cooperated fully and supplied every document they requested.

Both shipments were successfully delivered to their warehouse.

Since then, communication has effectively stopped.

Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have received no meaningful update, no explanation for why my account remains suspended, and no estimated timeframe for completing the review. My property remains inaccessible while in their possession.

I understand that companies need fraud prevention procedures, and I had no issue completing their verification process. What I cannot understand is why, after fully complying with every request, I have been left without communication while my property remains inaccessible.

I have tried resolving this privately by contacting support repeatedly, escalating to management, and filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. My only request has been simple:

* Restore my account so I can access and ship my property, or
* Forward my shipments to another U.S. address that I provide.

Instead, I have been met with silence.

If anyone from Fishisfast management is reading this, I am still willing to resolve this professionally. Please review my case and contact me.

If you are considering using Fishisfast, I encourage you to do your own research, read customer reviews, and understand how account suspensions and verification reviews are handled before entrusting them with valuable shipments.

I sincerely hope this situation is resolved soon, and I will update everyone if it is.

Great service, whit good packing and fast shipping

My experience with Fishisfast was disappointing, and I had to spend additional time to have my package sent to another forwarder.

Customer support is one of the main limitations. It is not possible to have a telephone conversation with support, unlike with some competitors such as Forward2me. Chat support is available and does work, but in my experience, it was not particularly fast.

Fishisfast also cannot ship dangerous goods to most countries, which is another important limitation compared to Forward2me.

The payment process is inconvenient. PayPal appears to be the main payment method, while credit card payment requires manual activation, which may take 24 hours or more.

There can also be issues if an account is created for a family member and then used on their behalf. If this is detected, for example during credit card activation, it may trigger security checks, further delays, and warnings that forwarding might not be possible.

Overall, I found the service slow, restrictive, and poorly suited to cases requiring timely support or procedural flexibility.

Class everytime. Have used FIF multiple times and never have any issues. Quick to respond and quick to ship. Highly recommend

Very expensive and unreasonable shipping prices even tho they claim its free service but they make it up by overcharging and using this nonsense dimensional way of shipping

Absolute horror show. I deal in sports cards and I specifically requested to just package all the parcels together in my shipment into one box.

I received a photo of my package and every single box was unboxed and then instead of packing them neatly in a box - they just threw them into a plastic bag and sealed it. Picture can be provided.

When confronted about this - they said Warehouse just followed instructions and they are satisfied. They have already damaged...hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of cards for their negligence but they totally ignore it.

Then say say - oh well we can take apart the box and then re-package it into smaller boxes (Which they were all in already) but that will involve a cancellation fee and additional service charges.

Absolute scam site and after my last items arrive there - I will never use it again. I will use ShipMyCards - at least my experience there - while slightly more expensive - they actually look after cards and don't treat them with disrespect and disdain.

I will be pursuing further action against the company for the damage to the items at market value should they not engage in good faith with me going forward.

I used Fishisfast to forward a single Amazon order. Amazon split it into two shipments that reached their warehouse 83 minutes apart, same day, same vendor. I shipped the first one as soon as it was logged, with no way to know a second box from the same order was on its way: their intake photos show the box exterior, not the contents, and nothing in the system links or flags shipments belonging to the same order. The result was an expensive express parcel plus a stranded $10 item that can’t be shipped economically.

The support response was the worst part. Instead of help, I got a condescending lecture (“probably your first time”), full blame placed on me, and the suggestion that I “should have contacted them before paying” — impossible, since I had no way of knowing a second package even existed. A forwarder’s entire value is consolidation. A system that can’t flag two same-order shipments arriving 83 minutes apart, run by support that blames the customer for its own blind spots, defeats the purpose.

It may all be “as designed,” but the design is opaque and the service is rigid and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Fishisfast is a black hole for your money and goods. They're not just negligent, they're predatory. My $1800 package completely disappeared inside their warehouse, and for two months they refused to provide a single piece of evidence that they had contacted the postal service. Initially, many people warned me that they were the worst shipping company in America, but unfortunately, I didn't follow their advice until I fell into their trap. They're thieves even before shipping; any small mistake will make you pay them $10 to "correct" it. They put customers in a difficult position. Their strategy is simple: they charge exorbitant shipping fees, give you a tracking number, and the package stays with them for up to 20 days. When you ask them why the package is delayed, they blame USPS and then use the excuse of "lack of insurance" as a legal shield to steal from you. Their customer service representatives (Christina and Sophie) treat victims with extreme contempt, rudeness, and disrespect. They're thieves! Initially, before I fell for their scam, they responded instantly, but after I was scammed, they only respond once a month, and that rudeness from the foolish Christina is unbelievable. If you're a business owner, beware: your reputation and hard-earned money aren't safe here. They operate like a professional scam gang, waiting for the perfect moment to claim your job is 'lost' without any accountability. I've escalated the matter to the Delaware Attorney General for commercial fraud. Use any other company if you value your peace of mind!

Horrible experience with fishisfast. They do not take responsibility of their shipments and is a non-ethical company as proven by other reviews. Please chose other company and run away from these scammers.

A little expensive for shipping, but very fast and great customer service. For me, well worth the money

I use them a lot, but be warned they are in the business of selling overpriced courier charges. Particularly bad was a parcel today, which cost me $13 on easyship.com but they refused to use my label, and instead I had to pay them $47 for the identical USPS service.
