The company does not adhere to GDPR beware.

The shipping was fast.

Nowhere on the frosting does it say anything about to refrigerate or not.

I ordered the Buttercreme frosting and chocolate cake mix and made cupcakes
The batter is creamy, pours well, raises up to make full size cupcakes about 9.

The chocolate batter is moist using sour creme addition suggested but has a bitter aftertaste.

The frosting terrible in after taste from the erythritol and grainy. I mixed the frosting with creme cheese to smooth it out and lessen the erythritol menthol affect. I used the frosting then to fill the cupcakes. I used another brand keto chocolate frosting for the top of cupcake. I would not buy it again.

Their chocolate bars are 1g net carbs and taste delicious.... I also buy their cookies and bread... cannot rate them highly enough ....

My order arrived 4 days late, and when it finally came, items were missing. Overall, very disappointing and frustrating experience. Product was very good. But very reluctant to order again.

Whilst the product (wraps) were fine, the order was incomplete. Instead of the three packs that I ordered, I received only two. That's close to £10.

Additionally, the best before dates and batch numbers were different to those on the picking list. Fitbakes website states that wraps will have an 8 month shelf life. Well mine have 5 weeks.

Emailed, no reply. Rang the company and was told that Lucien (?) would call back as a matter of urgency. Did he? No.

So I would suggest looking elsewhere as their order fulfillment processes seem flawed and their customer service non-existent.

Absolutely outrageous pricing on their wraps, a tenner for a pack of six, and they don't close to Heylo wraps for almost half the price. Why are this company completely taking the mick with pricing, its not necessary to charge this price! I accept some low carb food can be more expensive, but this is just utterly ridiculous, and from what I can see here, they don't even acknowledge to the vast majority of their customer comments

They charge a tenner for a pack of 6 wraps, and then have the cheek to fold them in half to post them! Customer service couldn't care less either.

Since I started my new healthy lifestyle just over 2.5 yrs ago, Fitbakes has been my perfect ally! The cakes are sooo tasty, hard to believe they are low sugar, the low carbs wraps and bread loaf are so good, definitely a must have!
I honestly couldn’t recommend these products more!

I have been buying their 2g carb wraps for years through third party suppliers (Amazon and then Ocado) and decided to try some of their other products directly.
The loaf was okay. The chocolate crunches were small, dry but acceptable. The gummies arrived in a misty bottle which looked like it had not been stored properly. On opening I had a strong smell of mould. I tried tasting one but it was mouldy tasting.
I emailed the customer services 28th March 2025 and had a reply from Greta 31st March 2025 asking for photographs.
I replied the same day within hours with requested photographs.
Since then - nothing apart from automated emails requesting reviews and offering rewards for reviews on their website.
I left a message on their Facebook messenger - no reply. I left a post on their Facebook with a picture of the Gummies showing the white mouldy spots. No acknowledgement.
Those Gummies are expensive - I have decided just to chalk it up to experience. I won't be buying the wraps any more - I was buying six packs regularly from Ocado. I will take the time, save my money and make my own from now on. I don't feel they value my custom and so I don't want to be a customer of theirs any more. It is as simple as that.

Terrible customer service and overpriced junk.

I have been buying Fitbakes for years and apart from growing ever smaller, I still rate them. Apart from my last order. 2 boxes in totally inedible crunch bars. Appear to be stored in a place too hot. Old tasting, dry weird chocolate. Absolutely no word back from Fitbake after my polite complaint. No happy!

Absolutely love the bread and the wraps, I have been recommending these to my friends who are also on low carb. Had slight issue with the order but has been dealt with extremely well so thank you for that.

Website totally put me off. Constant pop ups made it difficult to shop. I just gave up with my order and left.

I ordered & paid 3.99 for delivery a week ago? Still haven’t received my order.

I ordered some things saying they tried to deliver which nobody tried to deliver as I was in all day nobody came to door tried to get in touch no reply I just want my money back now as I cannot afford to throw money away it was not cheap

False advertising on the net carbs. All my bars weighed different amounts. They should be 19g but some of mine were 27g. They can’t be 1net carb per bar. The way they work out the net carbs seems different to every other way of working it out in the uk, and I’ve also heard bad things about the sweetener used in this product as impacts your blood sugar. Have asked for a refund and waiting on this.

You cannot get decent low carb wraps anywhere, so I decided to give these a go, they are lovely and light and very tasty. I also ordered some snack bars, they are delicious. I would certainly recommend.

I love their products a lot as they fit well in my diet. But It's insane that at least 3 times I received products of bad quality.
The most recent and final one is today, I've just eaten a small cake with mould on it. I bought it yesterday and it has plenty of time till expiration date.

I’ve just received my order. Firstly, when I ordered I was expecting a 25% discount at the payment processing but it never happened. I have messaged them but no response.
I bought 4 boxes of these cakes and they’re disgusting. They taste so artificial. They have left a bitter aftertaste. Now let’s mention the size, goodness me, for 50 calories I thought it might be a nice little treat considering that it’s sold as one, no bigger than the head of a teaspoon. They’re tiny and taste awful!!!
