All teachers and assessor were always responding in a timely and kind manner.
The learner platform was easily navigated and user friendly.

Such a disappointing experience in the end. Definitely look elsewhere to do your courses because these guys just care about money and their system on computer comes doesn't work 😒 and they offer no support by never answering phone calls or emails! Traumatising experience to be honest!

The support and the material has been incredibly relevant for my current gym position. Easy to follow and detailed to the core, tests your knowledge on what you already know about fitness.

Suggest improvement is made on the delivery - make the experience more interesting and engaging. Suggest a proper graduation and award of certificates is done.
Also suggest that FIT College vet a local provider for first aid so that we don’t have to wait for availability of FIT College instructor to deliver the session.

Teachers are very experienced and knowledgeable. Great and fun teaching. Learnings are very practical and useful.

Great environment and everyone there is so so nice and helpful.
I enjoyed going to fit college cause I knew I would be learning something new every time and having a good laugh with very nice and supportive people.

I found being able to do the course online great, as I have a job and children. It gave me the chance to study at my own pace. Whenever I was stuck or needed to be pointed in the right direction I always found guidance from the online support and speaking to one of the educators over the phone. I will definitely be looking at completing my cert IV in the future.

I recently completed my TAE course at Fit college, and I must say, it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. Although I found the course to be quite challenging initially, I'm so glad that I persevered. One of the key factors that made my journey so worthwhile were my fellow classmates and our amazing trainer, Lisa!

Lisa's dedication and expertise truly stood out throughout the course. She went above and beyond to ensure that every student understood the material and was engaged in the learning process. Her passion for teaching was evident in the way she explained complex concepts with clarity and enthusiasm. Her commitment to our growth and development as students was truly commendable. Thanks to her guidance and support!!

I highly recommend this college and specifically commend Lisa as a trainer. If you're considering pursuing a TAE course, you'll be in excellent hands with her. Overall, my experience at this college was nothing short of fantastic, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from such a dedicated professional.

i waited 6 months to have help from teacher to complete an assignment. The assiagnment were boring and unrelated to the topics. When doing the program you should include work with real clients not friends classmates and family

They really wanted to see me succeed as an online student. I completed my cert 3 now onto the 4 with them :)

We were barely given any practical practice work. I finished my courses without feeling adequately prepared for the "real world" scenarios. E.g. we were given small bursts (5 to 15 minutes) to "run" a session but never really had a practical session where instructors taught us how to instructors others.
Multiple different instructors with different styles. First few months of the course were very laid back, final months of the course had very strict marking with no explanation on the change of tactics.
No easily accessible outreach options for assistance; no local face to face help sessions offered.
Missed classes due to multiple public holidays and instructor illness. Only 2 of those days were offered as make up sessions.

My favourite part about fit college, was they’re easy to understand feedback, quick marking, and always checking up on me. I studied online and had minimal issues with submissions, videos etc.

Studying my certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness has been a game changer for my career! I studied these certs as an online student with workshops once per week and a 2 day face to face. This method of study allowed me to have the flexibility of a busy life balancing work and family whilst gaining my qualifications. Between the lectures and Ebooks for each module, there was a lot of great information available. I would highly recommend studying with FitCollege. Every trainer I have had/met has been exceptional! A massive shout out to my cert 4 Trainer Kylie Whatman… what an amazing coach! She is knowledgeable, down to earth and so eager to teach. Had an absolute blast! Thanks FitCollege. 10/10!!

Very pushy and overbearing
While I appreciated the information the guy I spoke to kept talking over me when I asked questions and went off on tangents rather than answering my questions or letting me respond to what he was saying. He also spoke very negatively about other course providers which I found very frustrating as that was not relevant to the course, and what it entailed.

My cert 4 was a little better than my cert 3, but as an online student, I really felt like I didn’t have much support. The assessments I felt were poorly laid out, and at times different information given across the assessment task instructions, the template, and the marking criteria. The process of uploading videos whilst I understand is difficult, was super outdated. It took me hours, sometimes days as some videos requiring being 30 minutes long but only 800mb and trying to compress them to then upload them was a nightmare, and the instructions provided using Facebook I felt unprofessional and didn’t work for me and I got no help around this when raising the issue. At the end of the day I got my certificates which is what I wanted/needed but it was a poorly laid out course that made studying more difficult than it needed to be.

Tutors and environment is the best!
Learning with the team at Fit College has been fantastic. From the admin team, to the tutors - they are ALL 100% invested in YOU and want to see you succeed. The platform to access and upload assessments is very simple to use and the level of education and training comes from professionals who have been in the industry for many years. I would recommend Fit College to anyone wishing to pursue a career in Fitness or Personal Training!
