Ordered hex dumbbell set with rack, Ordered in time for lad's birthday, no sign of delivery even after 2 weeks, ended up canceling order, really disappointed, only positive is refund was processed pretty quickly

The equipment is absolute quality. We had an issue, one ofvthe treadmills were damaged in transit. Not suppliers fault. They sent out a replacement and collected the damaged on within a few days. Couldn't adk for better service than that. Highly recommend this company.

Great product and service from the lads at Fitness Kings. I would highly recommend, had a slight issue with the controller on the unit not resetting. Spoken to them about this and they were more than happy t to sort it they have sent me a new one out today. First class A+++ service

Purchased a ski erg from this company, very poor quality, and they lack any customer service or communication. Had issue with the cords snapping after only a couple of months of use, said they would send out new cords, never did. We've had to replace ourselves. Requested a refund and to send the machine back but never came back to me. Avoid this company and buy a Concept 2 ski erg like we should have in the first place.

Great experience with this company ordered the rack of weights and also the curved treadmill, good speedy service and great equipment.

We had some missing items from the order, I emailed on18th December and I am still waiting for a reply!
We cannot use the weight stand as we cannot fix it together without these items and this was bought as a Christmas present.

Fast delivery with great communication even though I put the wrong postcode! When an issue arose they came out within 2 days and completely sorted the issue ! Nice and friendly aswell !

Ordered 400kg hex dumbbell set and a pair of 5kg dumbbells were missing. Called and emailed several times with no response. Glad it wasn't a more expensive pair of dumbbells missing. Wouldn't order from here again just in case.

Terrible equipment , terrible customer service , and avoid at all costs !

£1k order placed. Only the confirmation email received into spam box. No further communication from Fitness King, despite me sending multiple emails. My Facebook messages were read and ignored. Grievance taken up with the bank. FK eventually responded after a week of no communication. They stated I'd receive an email from the delivery company once despatched. When advised (via FB messages and only after I made contact) I was infromed the order had been despatched. But no confirmation email sent to me. I chose to cancel. Bizarrely the cancellation was processed promptly and a refund (to my relief) was given. Awful customer. Zero communication. Believed it was a scam. I'd pay more for peace of mind and reliability. Such a shame as it looked promising.
