Fitness Equipment NI Bewertungen

I previously had a great experience with this company when I purchased a Waterrower. However, this year I ordered an accessary for the rowing machine and ended up having to request a chargeback from my credit card company as the order was not shipped. The excuses and eventual lack of any further communication from Fitness Equipment NI was disappointing.

Do not buy from these. Bought an expensive treadmill from them. Within 1 year screen failed. Now the 2nd screen has failed and I have been emailing them constantly but with no reply. Even though the part is still in warranty. Stay away.

I liked to talk to people who know their business and who care about their customers .

Flow Fitness X2i Crosstrainer
Very efficient and top customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for fitness equipment. Paul was very helpful and took time to provide the best options and any email queries were answered straight away. The delivery and installation was first class, as is the crosstrainer.

Quick helpful response with questions and very fast delivery. Would highly recommend

We received excellent service from all the staff in Lisburn department and are well pleased with the equipment.

Excellent, Fast Delivery

I had ordered a set of dumbells and the wrong weights were sent. They immediately rectified the problem and sent the correct dumbells very promptly. Would definitely use again and will when I need my next set of dumbells

Great product. Good communication and very fast delivery.

Usual helpful service at Head office. Second time in 2 years that we've bought 'home' equipment from the team at Fitness Equipment NI/ Fix a Gym.

Super helpful on the delivery of our new DTM400i Treadmill today

Excellent service, from helping us select the right flooring for our gym through to the installation. I would highly recommend Fitness Equipment for gym flooring in your home.
