Order taken and not delivered back in March. I have tried to contact the company on different occasions to give them an opportunity to respond with no reply. Complete farce. Recommend avoiding them.

Great delivery, on time and arrived in perfect condition.
I would recommend this barbell set, as they are durable, soft and colorful.
I really like the rubbery outercoat on the weight plates, as this softens the noise of the plates if you drop them.

If I’d have wanted to spend 100s of pounds on damaged stock then I would have bought second hand cheaper 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I feel nothing but absolutely furious about this company I wish I could add pictures

Please allow me to apologise for the delay in your item reaching you. Your order was placed on 19th July and processed the following day on 20th. It was therefore due to reach you on 21st July, however a mis-routing within the couriers systems lead to it actually arriving with you on 24th.
It appears that the additional handling of these parcels resulted in damage to some of the items in transit, which you emailed us regarding on the evening of 25th July.
I can see from our systems that an email response was sent by our customer services team at 10:40 on the morning of 26th July, which we are still awaiting a response to.

Yet again this shambolic representation…
Yet again this shambolic representation of a company that states it’s customer service is “excellent” has failed to deliver.
1. I ordered my PBX Weighted Power Bag on the 19th of June. Only nearly a month ago! Not Long! 😂, On Klarna and firstly I received no confirmation that fit supplies had got my order.
2. Having to contact Them I was told they had my order but it was a third party that was dealing with it. (This was not in the small print). I was then told by their near useless customer service team that they would contact the third party and get back to me with an update. I have heard nothing since, but fit supplies have still got all their money. I was also told I would get confirmation of the order resent to me. Funnily enough I still haven’t got it.
3. Now being away on work since my last phone call I phoned up fit supplies today and again was told about this mystery third party, how they had posted it, but not provided with any proof or even a copy of my order. I have also asked again for another confirmation email, but I doubt I’ll get it.
4. Now fit supplies were very keen to give me a refund, but I find and will find it more fun writing repeatedly bad reviews about them on this website only to be replied to by their less than helpful Managing Director.

2. Some compensation of sorts as this is the second item you have failed to deliver on. My jump box was my last one
3. Written confirmation and receipt of my order would be nice
4. Sort your customer service team out as the say a lot but do little.

When you made contact with us we explained that, in order to send a replacement, we must await a delivery from our suppliers, taking place approximately 5 days after you emailed. If you did not wish to wait, a full refund was also offered.
You opted to wait and a replacement has been dispatched within the timescales initially advised to you, which will reach you imminently.

horrific customer experience
horrific customer experience. Ordered 10kg plates back in February. Finally had them delivered on 20th JUNE. Given several delivery dates, none of which were accurate, after chasing on both Facebook and email got contradictory responses and suggestions from customer services, so clearly both customer service team operate differently. Turns out there was a 'warehouse fire' (possible lies, who knows?!) which meant my product was delayed, but absolutely NO proactive management of expectations or customer service and kept me hanging for the products for months. It actually doesn't matter to me if the product is now faultless, the business didn't care about my level of customer satisfaction. I've even left leaving this review until I have the product delivered because I'm so wary of them as a business, I wouldn't have been surprised if they just cancelled my order. Qualifying as a manufacturer of fitness equipment and setting up my own business would have got these products in my hands sooner.

We are both saddened and disappointed that you have chosen to leave us such a damning review, especially considering the lengths which our team went to to facilitate your order.
As you reference, back in late February, a fire completely destroyed our warehouse and all of its contents. As such, the stock required to fulfil your order, along with the orders of many other customers, was no longer available to us. We swiftly contacted everyone and offered a full and immediate refund, or the opportunity to wait as we sourced more stock from our international suppliers and imported it here to the UK. We advised that this process would likely take some time, but regardless of this, you opted to wait.
As soon as the item which you had ordered came back into stock, it was swiftly dispatched and delivered the following day.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this matter has caused you, but are glad to hear that you now have the item that you had purchased and trust that it meets your requirements.

The delivery was super fast but…
The delivery was super fast but unfortunately the kettlebell I ordered was slightly damaged when I opened the broken box it came in which was a little disappointing but not enough to send it back.
The stepper is great and perfect condition.

Customer service is non existent
Ordered a pair of Therapy Balls for my Mum. Emailed them as wanted next day delivery. Received a phonecall within minutes which was good however that was as good as it got. The young man I spoke with placed my order on Thursday 10th February 2022. He assured me they would be dispatched that day and received on Friday 11th February. I emailed them over the weekend asking if they could call me first thing Monday morning as nothing had been received. They didn't call but sent a rather snotty email telling me that my order was placed on the Friday and had I wanted a Saturday delivery I would have had to pay £14.95. I then telephoned directing the woman to my email from Thursday and told her the time and date of their call to me. After being told a number of times that I was incorrect she eventually told me that actually I was right and the order was placed Thursday as she remembered her colleague speaking to me as they don't receive many calls but they had since been delivered Monday morning so all good. No not all good because I paid for next working day delivery for which I requested a refund of the difference between standard delivery and next day. I was curtly told they could refund the difference and I would receive a zero refund as there is only one fee. I then advised that looking at their website it quoted standard delivery £2.95, next working day delivery £4.95 or Saturday delivery of £14.95. Only 2 quid but at this stage, not the point as they had been rude and curt with their emails and telephone manners.
I would not recommend this company based on their lack of customer service.

We are both saddened and disappointed that you have chosen to leave us such a damning review, especially considering the lengths which our team went to to facilitate your order.
When you emailed our office, explaining that you urgently required a pair of our therapy balls to assist with your mothers rehabilitation, our same day order cut off of 13:00 had long passed, with all couriers other than Royal Mail having collected for the day. Despite this, having been informed of the time critical nature of this delivery, we called you back on the number supplied within minutes of your initial enquiry, processed your order over the phone and had it dispatched with Royal Mail via a 24 hour delivery service, even going to such lengths as asking the Royal Mail collection driver to wait whilst the warehouse team picked and packed your order. You expressed at the time on the phone how impressed you were with the level of customer service you had received and that, in the current age, not many companies would go above and beyond to the extend that we had.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to ensure your order reached you the following day, Friday, delays within the Royal Mail network lead to this delivery being slightly delayed. As Saturday delivery had not been selected, due to being prohibitively expensive on an order of this value, the goods were subsequently delivered shortly after 09:00 on the following Monday morning.
Despite having paid our couriers for a next day delivery, and therefore being out of pocket as a result, when we learnt of these issues and your dissatisfaction, we issued a refund to bring the amount you had paid for shipment down in line with our standard delivery charge.
Based on the above, I cannot think of anything further we could have done to assist you and, whilst deeply sorry for the delays incurred by Royal Mail, believe that this is something for which we cannot be held accountable, as their network is outside of our control.
