Laughable service. Brought start of December, and 3 delays later now looking at end of Feb. Website still telling people order by 15th Feb you’ll get Feb 23rd to 2nd Mar. You’ll have no chance.

Update 9th March 2026: They came through - the plus plates just arrived. I'm bumping them up to 3 stars.

Update 6th March 2026: CS came back saying they will ship the missing plates via post. I'll update this post again when we get them. They'll get another start if they arrive within a week.

Update 6th March 2026: It is not a scam - shipping delays meant that the delivery date kept moving further out and out (we eventually got it instead of Jan 22nd on March 6th). We did get a goodwill refund with assurances that our delivery will be prioritized (lol didn't happen - all the insta ads showed influencers getting theirs right after the shipment had landed on land!).

However, and importantly: The plus upgrade wasn't delivered (and the refund didn't cover the plus upgrade and frankly we needed those additional weight plates - this is useless without them and we're likely to return it). I've obviously reached out to their customer service - but figured I'd update here.

They get one star because their customer service was nice and kept us posted on the shipping dates; another because the kit (whatever arrived of it) is well-made and nice - but, the rest of the experience has been absolute pants.

Original 5th Feb 2026: Frankly, I am beginning to think Fittle is a scam. The initial delivery window has now been pushed out by two months - which is quite something… I will update this review if I ever get the box!

We love our Fittle set! It is amazingly well put together, extremely high quality, looks great, feels good and makes our work outs so much more fun.
We would highly recommend if you want a good set of weights at home that feel professional.
The expense is well worth it, these will last forever.

Im am normally really quite skeptical about things that flash up on my FYP or insta, and so was the case with Fittle. I kept looking at it for about a month, then messaged a total stranger on a FB post to ask about the actual quality, and she said it was really top quality. That helped settle my mind, but I still took another few weeks to think about the cost versus did I need it (Obvs I wanted it!).

Anyway I went for it, and had a number of helpful emails from Sarah, who also confirmed the extra gift back would be part of the order. I found Sarah's communication excellent, and the delivery set up was great.

Upon opening the first large box and without even seeing the product I knew this was going to be excellent, as the packaging was amazing!

Anyway, safe to say I am a very very happy customer, using it every day or two in various ways at home to support general strength and fitness. It's about the best thing I've bought this year, and I really have to fully recommend it.

Seen an advert on FB the product and concept was great exactly what I wanted. Decided to order, although the delivery was delayed because of manufacturing issues i was always informed by email with updates I couldn’t be more happier with the box it’s a great set of weights and completely fits in with my workout routine.Bonus it looks great as well u would never know what is stored in the box I definitely recommend buying it, it’s pricey but so worth it and of very good quality.

When something's heavily advertised on social media, you're always a bit hesitant. I read through the reviews closely and decided to go for it. I've been really pleased to see it lives up to them. The quality of the box and all the contents is high. The bars feel really solid and the magnetic collars are secure. The design is lovely and touches like the soft close lid are welcome. Our delivery was slightly delayed but we were kept proactively updated; they also slightly delayed sending the resistance cables and mat so that they could give us the new version they were creating for future boxes. You get a quick reply if you have a question and it's always really helpful. Since getting the box we've both been much more consistent with our routines and I found some of the YouTube videos really useful and easy to follow. It's not a small amount to spend for many of us but it does feel thoroughly good value.

I’m really impressed with my Fittle box! Although there was an issue with the courier delivery, Sarah from customer service was incredibly helpful and got it all sorted—great support.

Now that it's here, I can say the quality is top notch. It’s perfect for home workouts in a small space—solid, compact, and easy to move around thanks to the built-in wheels.

It keeps everything neat and tidy, and it’s surprisingly versatile—during the day my kids play with their magnet tiles on it, and in the evening I use it for chest presses. It even doubles as a coffee table! Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Fantastic box of tricks - the wife and I have even cancelled our gym memberships. Looks great in the kitchen, and there’s so much equipment included. We went for the extra weights add on. Would highly recommend

We’ve had our Fittle Box now for a little under a month and we love it. Beyond what’s advertised (it looks nice in your space, you can use it for step ups/bench), there are a bunch of small details we hadn’t even considered. For example the clamps are magnetic, so they sort of stick together and organise themselves well in the box. The box itself is lovely quality and closes softly. The equipment is high quality and feels sturdy as well. What’s really stood out, though, has been the customer service. There was a minor snag when we initially received the box, and Fittle has been incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and generous, making sure that we were fully happy with our box!

I have had my fittle box for a month and we are really pleased with it .The box so well designed and it doesn’t look out of place as a piece of furniture in our kitchen. The weights and bars are also of a very good quality and exactly the right level for us and they pack away beautifully into the box. There was a very minor issue with my box and their customer service was also excellent in rectifying the problem .

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and it’s safe to say the Fittle Workout Box is an absolute game-changer for fitness enthusiasts. This versatile set includes a variety of essential tools like resistance bands, adjustable dumbbells, bar and a high-quality mat, all packed in a convenient, storage box that looks like a fabulous piece of furniture. The materials are top-notch, ensuring longevity and reliability during intense sessions. The resistance bands offer varying levels of tension, suitable for beginners and advanced fitness levels, as do the weights which are easy to adjust and set up. The mat provides excellent grip and cushioning, enhancing comfort during exercises. Overall, the Fittle Workout Kit is a comprehensive, adaptable solution for anyone eager to elevate their fitness routine at home.
Customer service was excellent especially Izzy who was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

The Fittle box is an incredibly well thought out and exceptionally well made home gym. I was a little sceptical that it would provide the same kind of workout that I could get at the gym, but it has not let me down.
I have been using the Fittle for four months now and the design of the box has made it very easy to set up the equipment and is hidden very cleverly as part of the furniture.
I have to agree with the other reviews about Izzy - incredibly customer focused and has answered all my queries, both at the start of the sales process and post sale - thank you.

I've been looking for home gym equipment to supplement my in-person training as I just don't get the time as a working mum to fit it all in. I wanted something top quality but not something that was going to cost me 10's of thousands. I can honestly say this is exactly what I was looking for! The quality is superb, the set up and the ease of use is just perfect! To top it off, it looks the part aesthetically too! My husband and I are now using the equipment in our own sessions from home and we would highly recommend the Fittle! Oh and Izzy's customer service is exceptional too!

I purchased a Fittle Box as a Christmas gift to myself and it is even more amazing than I ever imagined!! Looks so beautiful in my home and the quality of the box and the equipment is top notch. It arrived on the date I expected and the whole delivery process was super smooth. I reached out to the customer service team after placing the order with a question about the box and Izzy replied immediately, she was so helpful.
Great experience all round, highly recommend!

I just love it. I’m a new mum and haven’t had time to go back and forth from the gym - so the Fittle has saved me. It’s very easy to use, put away and it fits in with any kind of home decor. There was a bit of a delivery delay but Izzy kept us in the loop every step of the way! Very professional and timely customer service. Worth every penny.

The Fittle box is excellent and had great support from Izzy there, too. After training at the gym, I wanted a similar experience without the commute.

The Fittle Box is beautifully finished, and the weights, bars, and dumbbells are of high quality. Overall, I recommend it.

I am extremely happy with my fittle. I've placed it in my bedroom and it looks like its part of the decor even my partner (who is very into interior design) loves it! It's very practical and it motivates me to work out most mornings.

Fits in perfectly at home! The FITTLE box is very well thought through, providing lots of options in a small footprint that fits in perfectly in my home office.

Everything in the box has held up great over 6 months of regular usage (including moving the box itself around) so I have no concerns about longevity. The weight collars were a little stiff to begin with but as explained in the manual they freed up over time.

My only wish is for some heavier plate options - a sign that the FITTLE box is working!

Finally an ergonomic way to work out at home - cannot wait for new product releases!

I’m an interior designer and I was struggling to find any exercise equipment that didn’t look bulky and horrible in my recently renovated home, that’s when I came across Fittle and ordered it straight away. It really has gone beyond my expectations as it’s actually the best workout kit! I’ve only recently started doing more resistance training (previously I did more Pilates) and the box has been so versatile that I’ve continued to use it throughout.
