A first rate service. Jake was flexible to carry out the damp survey at a convenient time. He used an impressive range of modern equipment, including cameras and a drone (for drainpipes) which means that the comprehensive report is extremely easy to digest and includes a helpful list of work required. Jake is clearly an expert and provided his report very promptly. An excellent independent survey. Exactly what I wanted. Great work!

Pricing for the survey and report reasonable and competitive.
What would have made the service more useful would have been (a) more indicative pricing estimates, in terms of the contracting market, to undertake the work required; and (b) ideally being able to source a contractor and project manage the actual damp proofing works required.
