Bought a 12000 euro van (cash I saved for years needed for new job)serviced and checked it over by there mechanics another 1500 euro down two month latter(1 july. Until 5 th of september) engine siesed up on road no indication of problem on dash found out no oil in engine had to tow it away ,phoned carlow wouldn't even recommend a tow firm to help me to repair van could've not get me off the phone fast enough , no signs of leaks anywhere on van must have been burning oil said machanic I have Park my van, to repair in. And sold it to me without a towing screw and jack looking at a bill of 3500 for new engine and turbo absolute gutted he was a good sleek salesmen could have sold a fridge to an Eskimo but don't expect any ice lollies .sitting here no van no job no money left ,with opel selling record amount of vans this year (his words not mine)the little man (me) and people like me have to keep our shoulder to the wheel and me in the twilight of my career and a tear on my cheek will definitely be contacting the ccpc

Bought a car from this Fitzpatricks Garage Carlow or whatever you would like to call. I can think of a few other names for it, it 7weeks ago,amongst all the other issues iv had with the faulty car i have been sold,i noticed this morning that the two front wheel archs are popping off again,they said they had fixed them when they kept my car for the day,but i knew it was a botch job that the clips were broken,should have been replaced.So back again now dealing with the up most disrespectful staff,and as was said to me these things are my fault i should have seen these things when i looked at the car before purchase,bit i just presumed when he was saying that it was in pristine condition and that id be looked after at Fitzpatricks,a false Lull they call that,bring a magnifying glass with you buying from this shower,because there aint no help after they have your money just smart back hand replys

Avoid avoid avoid one hour diagnostic was 135 euro for them to say they won’t touch the car they’re rude and will charge you an arm and a limb for anything do not go in ! Do not go near them would go minus stars if I could

Possibly considering getting ccpc involved due to the outrageous carry on

Probably the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a dealership. Bought a one year old Mercedes with low mileage. Issue after issue after less than a year - they charged me over 3k replacing parts. Not in any way apologetic and very rude - I won’t be back and suggest you avoid - the attitude of everyone in here is appalling.

Fitzpatricks in Tullamore sold us two cars.
Their professionalism is second to none.
With both vehicles during the vehicles lifetimes they have on several occasions gone above and beyond. I have been left staggered by their helpfulness and their generosity in their dealings with us. I wish all businesses were as helpful, trustworthy and reliable as Seamus and his Crew in Tullamore

Very happy with my car. Liam made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Poor service received from the Naas dealership. Vehicle took 9 months to repair, we were constantly having to chase for an update and the attitude from the Service Department was shocking. This was only resolved by having to get the Sales Manager and CCPC involved. It shouldn't be like this for a new (ish) vehicle, under warranty, having a warranty repair. This was by far the worst experience I have encountered with any main dealership.

We had an excellent experience with Fitzpatrick's Opel garage in Naas. Shane was professional, knowledgable & courteous with us from our first introduction. He answered all questions thoroughly, most helpful and pleasant. Gave us clear advice and I would highly recommend doing business with him. He went over and beyond to assist us when we were purchasing a car.

I bought my new hyundai i20 from John McDermott in Fitzpatricks in Kildare. He was very helpful and spent at least 45 mins going through all the features of the car before I drove the car back home to Kerry. I'm not one for reading car manuals so I found this to be invaluable. His colleague Brian Doolan does great youtube videos about Hyundai cars which are informative and very useful in deciding what car to purchase.
I highly recommend Fitzpatricks in Kildare for your motoring needs!

If I could give minus stars for this review I would . One of the worst customer services I have ever dealt with . I brought my car in for a full service and NCT check on the 19th January 2024 and my car failed the NCT on the 23rd January 2024 due to the brakes despite paying €600 for a full car service and NCT check a few days prior and my service report from the garage showing that the brakes had been checked . I have sent several emails to try and get my car serviced and requested a full refund for the negligence car service but I have been completely ignored . I was going to be trading up my car for a newer model but I will now avoid Fitzpatricks Garage at all costs and will go to another garage that values it’s customers and one that doesn’t provide negligence car services . I would recommend avoiding this garage at all costs and taking your business to a more reputable garage .

Fitzpatricks tullamore are top class in their service i have always found them so helpful and are willing to go to great lengths to help.

Very disappointed about staff ignoring me for almost 20 minutes after I had simply asked for a windscreen disc display, no apologies, felt like a fool.

Execelent staff very helpful and friendly. Great service and an amazing selection of new and used cars. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
