This was my first experience with the BD4 Fix Auto location. I was impressed with the conduct of management and service received. My vehicle was picked up and dropped off. It arrived repaired to a high standard and valeted. Thank you.

I like the way that I was kept informed about each stage of the job.
Every thing was timed around my lifestyle, the collection and drop off of my vehicle to suit me.
Above all, the staff!! From the girls on reception to the team that collect the car. All friendly and happy to help in any way possible.

Repair took a bit longer than expected but all very friendly and even got a lift home from them when my car wasn’t safe to drive. They came with a courtesy car the next day. Great work on the repair and hand over was simple.

Came when they said they'd come, did the paint job as they said they'd do, returned the car when they said they would. What more can you want?
