An excellent service! The job on my vehicle was carried out to a very high standard, with a prompt a courteous service. Not only was the job completed on time, but the team went above and beyond by giving my vehicle a complete valet inside and out, to the point where it actually looked better than when I originally purchased it! My car went in with a small amount of damage to the front, and was only in for 4 days which was good. Unfortunately, when I drove to pick up my car on the Friday, I saw 2 marks on the area that was fixed, (which they did go and polish out), and the trim piece that was replaced was unfortunately not lined up with the existing trim piece that was still on the car. I pointed this out but was told that this was due to new vs old and wasn’t the affected area, so reluctantly accepted as it didn’t seem like anything would be done regarding this.

When I arrived home, I went to park, and my parking sensors and parking system inside the car, which was working fine when they collected the car (1.5 months after the damage occurred) were no longer working, saying unavailable and making a loud bleep noise. I called on the Monday morning to report the issue, and was asked to bring my car back that day.

They found a fault in the parking system and needed to keep the car to repair this, so gave me a courtesy car which was appreciated greatly. I was called the next day and told that they were also unhappy with the trim piece (the part that I pointed out when I originally collected the car!) and we’re replacing it! Although I was happy this was being replaced as I would have originally expected, i was somewhat confused as to how my car was signed off as complete/to standard the first time, yet when someone else saw it when I took my car back, they were unhappy with it and wanted it replaced? Why was the same standard not followed on the first time?

Finally when I had my car re-delivered back to my workplace, I was very disappointed to find that my car was given back to me with 5 miles of fuel left in my car, which I had to stumble to the petrol station on my way home from work, my car reading 0 miles when I managed to get to the petrol station. I thought this was a very poor service considering I had to make a 45 mile round trip to take my car back to them after the issues and errors from when I collected my car the first time, and also after the fact I had refilled the courtesy car to the original fuel level to give it back. So I am now out of pocket, after putting £20 of fuel in the courtesy car, and then having to also go and fill my car up too. Thanks.

Finally happy with the repairs, distaste from the overall service unfortunately.

Car was collected day after the accident. Repaired within 3 weeks with a update every few days by phone calls and email. Very professional and friendly service.

All the staff at Fix Auto were friendly and helpful and they carried out the repair to a good standard. 4 stars instead of 5 because the initial estimate of 1 week grew to 3 and then shrank to 2 weeks during the course of them having the van.

Really happy with the work done on my truck to sort it.

Could be more communicative on the status of the job at hand.

Other than this, happy all round.

On a positive note, the repair to my vehicle was done to a very high standard, the staff were great and communication throughout the process was excellent. I would undoubtedly recommend this company. I did however had some minor issues after collection, one of which is that after having the tracking done, my steering wheel is no longer aligned which is a small but annoying issue. I will have this small amendment made during the next vehicle service. That said, this is the only reason why I reluctantly did not give the maximum 5 stars.

Superb service from Fix auto Cheltenham. Badly damaged Passenger side doors replaced and wheel arch made good. They have done a fabulous job the car is like new. No fuss, quick and daily texts and calls to update progess. Excellent, would recommend them highly.

This firm was directed to me by my insurance company and I have ben very pleased with them. The renewed vehicle looks splendid and I can relax in having a life-time guarantee. The company also sent me a record of the repairs they had to make for my records. It was a real help that they provided an excellent vehicle while they were repairing my car and kept in touch by phone and email.

I would not hesitate to contact them for bodywork repairs - excellent.

This is the second time that I have used Fix Auto. They are always very friendly and courteous. Great customer service, and the body work repair looks perfect.

Despite the difficulty of trying to source body parts to repair my car because of Christmas/New Year intervening , the staff at Autofix at Cheltenham were unfailingly polite and friendly and very efficient and knowledgable. I was delighted to pick up my car on Wenesday as it looked as good as new !

After my accident I have not heard from my insurance company. But as soon as my car was sent to Fix Auto Cheltenham I have been kept up to date with the repairs and they sent out my courtesy car very promptly.
My car is now returned and is as good as new.
