This company fixed my van through a third party insurance claim. From start to finish, they kept me informed, and did an absolutely superb job on my van in super quick time. I can’t recommend them enough. Hopefully don’t need to use them again very soon but they deserve their five stars from the customer service team to the professionalism and expertise of the whole team.

This garage was used via my insurance.
Their communication is poor. Car was originally booked in for 7th March 2022 called me 8.30 am on day to tell me parts haven't arrived! Went in on 21st March. ano contact from them, 4 weeks later I'm chasing them for updates. Completion date changes daily.
Finally got car back Mid April, but advised waiting on a seal, we will contact you when in.
I called Dec 2022 advised part not in will chase supplier, called again Jan 2023 advised same. called today 03/03/23 to be told part has been in since july 2022. Spoke to manger Rob who said it had actually been in since May 22.
Was told letter sent and calls made to me. Asked why VM was left, was told if you had VM facility we would have done. In fact I do please explain why no one left me a VM. as nothing received

They lie to you to get you off phone!

If your insurance sends you here ask them for another garage.

Not only was every, down from the telephone calls, quotes and collecting the car, amazingly helpful and friendly, they did a suburb job on my car. Not only was the work great, they cleaned the car inside and out. I also gave birth to my third child while they was working on my car and when they brought it back they brought me a gorgeous bunch of flowers and a congratulations card. I couldn't be more appreciative and just shows what lovely people there are out there. Thank you all again xxx
