They kept us up to date through the entire time of our car being repaired and it was done to a excellent standard and even cleaned it inside and out

I was most impressed by Darren and his team at Fix Auto Leeds North.Their helpful attitude & efficiency made it a pleasure to deal with them also the body work to the car was first class

As soon as our insurance company allocated this job to First Fix Leeds, the communication with the team there was excellent. Everything was super clear and the whole process from booking the car in to collecting the repaired vehicle (after a very fast repair) was smooth and trouble-free.

Good experience overall. Repair completed to a high standard in a timely manner. Slight delay when picking up the courtesy car as it had not arrived back into the branch.

very unprofessional and untrustworthy.
After a tree fell over my car my insurance company took my car to them for inspection and repair…
They took two months for repair..
During this period I had to make several complaints to my insurance regarding their bad communication and lies..
After 2 months I got my car back from this cowboys , I was shocked how badly repaired , I took the car away and told my insurance to send Engineer out for post repair inspection.. ( engineer came out and he was shocked how badly repaired) .their communication was worse than their repair .
After four months messing me about I got Finance Ombudsman involved..
Then my insurance got fined and paid me £1325 .
And this cowboys paid me over £4000
For rectification work and repairs…

I will be contacting TV soon to name and shame you his company..
This is just to stop this cowboys taking advantage of of other people’s..
Any one fixed their car to them go check it properly as they use excessive body filters instead changing parts..
After Four months fighting with them then they send me a repair bill ..
Not surprised why not they say they spent £12k on my car which was only worth £9k .
Then they claimed they changed parts that they haven’t …

Great service, my car was picked up and dropped off to me. The work was finished in the time scale that was given.

Helpful staff & speedy service

Prompt service with regular communication and they were happy to arrange taxis to minimise disruption. Car was also fully valeted upon collection.
