Everything was really good. The young lad was really good. But the only problem was that when I got there I was face timed and personally I'm sorry but I thought was stupid. Why nobody could come and speak to me face to face was beyond me! I was glad that young man was there so I could show him (sorry I forgot his name)

Had damage internally to the centre console which was not there when car was dropped off for repair. I was told I would be contacted regarding the repair. Emailed for clarity no response. Very poor customer service by fix auto on this occasion

My repair was done through my insurance and they made contact with me the next day with a date for repair that fitted in with a holiday. Upon returning the repair had been done expertly and I certainly would use them again. The paint work is excellent and the car was clean and there was no problem with the excess payment needed.

Great guys! Mini boot repair
The guys at Fix Auto have just repaired the boot on my mini and done a fantastic job. They turned it around in a couple of days and even gave it a lovely clean and polish. I would defintley use them again, although hopefully I don't need to 😂
