Thank you to Fix Auto Leicester for repairing my car. The car has been fully repaired back to how it was before the accident. Also, thank you to Naomi for keeping me up-to-date whilst the car was kept at their garage. Naomi has always been lovely to communicate with and gave me reassurance about the progress of the repairs whenever I enquired which I very much appreciated. The whole process was very smooth and very little paperwork was involved.

They are attentive to customers. My car was returned promptly, cleaned inside and out and looked like new. After the upset of an accident (not my fault) this was a really good feeling!

I have just got my car back and I am very happy with the repair

The staff were all brilliant and the bodywork of my car is now beautiful once again.

Efficient and helpful from the moment we dropped the car off to when it was delivered back to us. Kept us well informed with regular updates and was completed on time. The work carried out has been done to a high standard and the car was nicely valeted before it was returned.

The women at reception rang me saying I have an issue with my wheel nut which which is missing and I have to pay for it i belive the engineer said the wheel nut was missing when the car was seen on inspection but when having a look at the wheel nut you could tell that it was opened by force due to the nuts thread was still fresh like it had been used and was bent this was poor when the company changed the tyre on but couldn't replace the nut and I had to pay for it after picking the car up the car wasnt even washed and I had phone call saying they need to rest something on the car bit poor again have to take the day off from work and drop my car off when this could of been sorted when the car was booked in

Great service and excellent communication throughout, thank you very much would certainly use again and highly recommended.
