There seemed to be rather a long delay in getting from the point of the claim till any action. Even then between notification and actual start of the repair was longer than I expected also the repair took longer than initially suggested.

Kept updated via the link and by telephone.
Only reason gave a 4/5, when we got car back there was a rattle from underneath the car which is where the majority of repairs were done. So our car had to go back to get this sorted.
