Very happy now it’s all done and sorted, hated not having hot water for the day but you have to take the rough with the smooth, we had this fitted when we had the heat wave and the heating never got tested. So when it came to it the pressure was low so we had no hot water again, after talking to a robot on the phone( hate robots with a passion) i eventually got a reply, young lad came out and it took him best part of the day to bleed every single radiator, when it was roasting as well!! so glad it broke down when it was warm and not winter.

I’ve been a builder and in charge of building teams in London and Ireland also a stately home in North Yorkshire, and From start to finish I can only say this company and staff are wonderful. On the day off the heating system was getting fitted the heating engineers turned up on time and were two lovely guys who covered the floors before they even started working by taking out the old radiators and gas boiler, I’ve seen many tradesmen working on there given trade, these guys I wish they had worked for me as i wouldn’t have needed as many tradesman as they worked so hard over the two days, and did a brilliant job and kept my house clean, the electricians on day two were just the same, this company go well overboard to make sure that the customer is 100 percent happy with a first class job, I would gladly recommend anyone using flagship renewables , as I for one are 100 percent satisfied with the price and the wonderful job completed. Now JUNE 2025 and looking for them to do the air source service!…Back in May 2024 my house that was all electric heaters and an ancient hot water tank that produced very little but scolding hot water was upgraded to Air Source Pump and Solar Panels by Dave, Nigel and Kaden.
Flagship was amazing! Explained everything and with all the coming and going they were great working around our family and even the dog 👌🏼
Highly Recommend Flagship Renewals brilliant family run company.
