I would advise people to avoid this company at all costs. I ordered LED rechargeable lamps on 5 July, and after a number of phone calls, emails, etc, with no reply whatsoever I put it in the hands of my bank, who today advised me that they have successfully got me a full refund.

I ordered a mirror over three weeks ago now and nothing received, it wasn’t cheap either being just under £200. I have called and emailed with no response at all.
I have raised a dispute case with my bank but going by the reviews here I’m not holding out hope of getting my money back.
I’m shocked that this can happen, they are advertising on social media platforms they have 4.8 stars in reviews.
