I've never had such excellent service from an order online. The contact (Constance Morette) made a tight follow up of every step both by call or email with quick reply. I changed my mind and ask questions (the same!) several times. From the first contact to the final order, it took me 3 weeks. She never showed signed of impatience. Very kind and polite person. I can ear a smile in her voice. It's good to see there still possible good costumer experience. Friends and family will hear only good things from Falshbay and Constance!

Hieu was simply amazing
Hieu was simply amazing. I wasn't ready to buy but was interested in the USB business card product. He didn't pressure me into buying and kept checking in until I was ready. Finally when I ordered Hieu followed up with me and tracked the shipment and constantly communicated with me.
The product came in perfect condition, packed nicely and exactly as we designed it.
The customer service from Hieu was outstanding and the product was great.
