A couple other companies I reached out to didn't even bother responding. Sierra was super responsive and very helpful. The entire process was easy and quick. I ordered custom USB snap bracelets that turned out better than expected. I will use Flasbay for my next project for sure.

We ordered 100 branded cotton bags, and the whole process was outstanding.

Senior Sales Account Manager Rachel Gutierrez assisted me, and she did an amazing job. She followed up just three days after my initial inquiry, gave us time to decide without pressure, and didn’t forget about our order. She provided a wide variety of options and helped us quickly choose the most suitable bag model, saving us time.

Rachel also sent a sample photo of how the final design would look and even added a QR code after we agreed on the layout. Communication was excellent—fast, clear, and easy. Truly amazing customer service.

The bags were delivered by FedEx in just over five business days after placing the order—very fast! They were well packed, and the quality is excellent: soft, thick beige fabric with a bright, clear logo.

We are very satisfied and will definitely be working with Flashbay North America again in the future.

Max Tumpson is clearly a highly experienced Senior Sales Account Manager, with a strong command of customer relations and sales strategy. His professionalism and eagerness to support clients are evident in every interaction. He consistently demonstrates a thorough approach and a genuine desire to be of service.

However, it has been observed that his communication style—particularly the frequency of follow-ups and immediate callbacks—can come across as overly persistent. While the intention is clearly to be helpful and proactive, the repeated questions such as “Anything else needed now?”, “Any other mockups I can provide today?”, and “Have you received any competitor quotes?” in nearly every email have begun to feel excessive and somewhat pressuring.

This level of intensity, while well-meaning, may unintentionally create a sense of urgency that doesn’t align with the recipient’s current priorities or workflow. It can lead to a feeling of being rushed or overwhelmed, especially when responses are not immediately feasible.

That said, Max’s dedication to client satisfaction and his smooth handling of sales conversations remain strong assets. A slightly more measured approach to follow-ups—perhaps allowing more space between communications or tailoring outreach based on client responsiveness—could enhance the overall experience and maintain the positive rapport he’s known for.

Our items were delivered on time (but a few days later than stated) - cut it close to our deadline for our event, but did make it, and were great quality! Really loved the bags came printed on both sides. Customer service was also excellent!
