I'm happy with everything, but I do have a personal preference of being contacted less. When we're working with clients who have long decision making processes, we're just not going to know when we're ready proceed and follow ups don't change anything.

FlashBay the Good and the Difficult
To begin with both Beatrice and Ellie were great to deal with. Both were helpful in identifying the correct product, logo presentation and invoicing. Good People and please ensure they are informed of the good work.
The difficult part is FlashBay's antiquated payment system that borders on prehistoric. Billing & Shipping addresses had to be identical for credit card payment, which is beyond comprehension as many companies ship away from corporate to satellite facilities. The credit card payment process took over 10 days to complete as a result.
EFT's by Interact are not possible and cheque payment may take up to 14 days. When combined with a "In Full" payment before producing the product this does not make for client satisfaction.
