Above expectations ! The service is really great in all aspects.

I am super pleased with the services of Flashcloud! I am running a small boat rental service in Pefkochori, Greece and they built me a free website that will help me get more bookings. I signed up, sent them my request and described what I am doing and about the boats. A gentleman named Nickola running the developer team talked with me, gave some advices and then built the site in just two days. Incredible service and very quick, 5 stars and I recommend for everyone that wants a free website! Efcharisto Flashcloud!

So I was looking for somewhere to host my Moodle Site (tried Google Cloud, Bluehost, phew, didn't workout). Then was like will take a chance on Flashcloud.

My how I was surprised. So simple to set up. And they promised a free website.

It thought well, it's probably just one of those AI-generated ones or template, only for them to do an actually full website.

Nickola Naous was great with building the website and communicating. So were Pamela and Enea. Definitely recommend.

Setting up my first website for my pottery studio and a lot of the hosting stuff goes over my head. Before paying I asked whether my home address would be public if I registered a domain, since I work from home and wasn't sure how that worked.

Yana replied pretty quickly and explained the domain was included and privacy was already turned on, so my details wouldn't show up. Didn't cost anything extra. She took the time to explain it properly rather than just brushing me off. Site's been up for several days now with no issues. So far so good.

We run a WooCommerce store with a few thousand products, multi-currency, custom orders and moved to Flashcloud after looking around for something more solid. The migration was the part I was most worried about, but their team handled the whole thing end-to-end with no downtime, which for an online shop is a big deal. Everything came across cleanly, payment gateways included, and the site has felt noticeably snappier since — product pages and checkout especially.

What's stood out beyond that is the support. When we had a question about a plugin conflict on the shop, the reply came back quickly and from someone who actually understood WooCommerce, not a generic "have you tried clearing your cache" response. Backups run daily without me having to think about them, the price I signed up at hasn't changed, and for a shop that takes orders around the clock the peace of mind is worth a lot. Genuinely happy with the move.

I have zero experience creating or transferring a website, and my experience with my prior web hosting company (Dreamhost) was less than satisfying, so when I read reviews of Flashcloud (all 5 star) I was interested in changing web hosts. From a “non-techie” point of view, I can’t compliment the folks at Flashcloud more enthusiastically. They JUMPED on my transfer order with lightning speed, explained the whole process in terms this tech moron could understand, worked through the details without interruption, got the website and email transfers completed FAST (despite daunting security obstacles from the existing web hosting company), and kept me informed as the process sped along. In less than one day every detail was completed and without my noticing even a bump in the road, IT WAS DONE! The web hosting company fees are a delight. I’m now getting 3 years of hosting for the cost of 2/3 of 1 year with the previous hosting company. The way I was treated by Flashcloud you would think my little website was an account of a national company that uses a million GB of data. The experience with Flashcloud was wonderful.

Llevo unos días con Flashcloud y la verdad es que estoy muy contento. Rompí el sitio intentando cambiar unos ajustes de PHP y María del soporte me lo arregló en menos de media hora, sin hacerme sentir mal por el fallo.

I just switched to Flashcloud and it was seamless. The team handled the migration end-to-end with zero downtime - I expected at least some disruption and there was none. Performance has also been a clear step up - pages load noticeably faster, and I haven't had a single uptime issue since moving across.
But the biggest difference is the support. Real people, quick responses, and answers that actually address the question instead of pointing me at a knowledge base article. After the last couple of years elsewhere, that alone is worth the switch.

Your support engineer sent me an email and immediately closed the case without asking if it even resolved my issue. Which it did not. I figured out the issue was a stuck port in memory which was solved by a reboot. But your engineer didn't even wait to see if his tips helped or not.

Obviously he is more worried about quickly closing cases than actually solving the issue

What truly differentiates Flashcloud is the support. Instead of scripted responses, we get clear, thoughtful assistance from people who understand the platform. There are still areas that could evolve, such as more advanced documentation for edge cases, but overall the experience has been reliable, transparent, and refreshingly straightforward.

Great service, and fast turnaround times. On my website build I was guided on the layout and had professional advice them all the time. Their speed to respond each time is commended as I never waited more than a few hours on my change requests. Great work, Nickola and Flashcloud.
