Rubbish service…
Shocking service tells you out for delivery as many as 3 or even 4days before the goods arrive. Their drivers seem incapable of reading a map and speak zero English..when you are with a Thai they have to ask how to find you... haven't this company heard of the internet or Maps???

Never received delivery. No photo or signature for delivery. I was home all morning. No ring door bell or phone me.

I thought Russia had poor delivery services, but after Thailand, I reconsidered my views. In most cases, employees and especially couriers cannot speak basic English, and there is no text chat with the warehouse/couriers. How can I communicate with Thais about delivery if they can't even understand the city I'm in? 1/10, SPX express same
The worst of the worst. Also, the courier and the warehouse, having the exact address, decided to change it to Phuket anyway, I contacted support and did not receive a reasonable explanation. Generally Thai service, there is nothing more to say. I will never use the services of this desk again. In any case, do not contact them if you need reliable, fast and accurate delivery on time.

I’ve experienced multiple instances of damaged items, and despite purchasing insurance, claims have not been resolved satisfactorily. Attempts to submit claims to the company have often gone unanswered or were dismissed.
Based on my experience, I would recommend exploring alternative services.

Deserves negative stars
If negative stars were an option, this company would certainly deserve one. I honestly can't understand how this company continues to operate. The product I received was completely damaged, with all the liquid spilled out of the can. It’s baffling how they are even expanding to other countries with such poor quality and service. This company should be banned from doing business as their practices are utterly unprofessional and deceitful.

The only word I can use is CRAP. Apparently I signed for my parcel in person which was delivered to a house that I have no idea where it is. The proof if delivery shows a house but not mine and a line which is apparently my signature. Absolutely shameless staff who continue to lie.

Slow and Inefficient
Absolutely the most inefficient operator in the Thai courier market.
My packet was in Khon Kaen at 08.30 so I expected to receive it same day as we are only 3-4 hours away.
No chance! I was told it would come with the next morning's shipment. I could have drivem to Khon Kaen myself faster.

You ain't flash first off I have two orders and both are being handled by flash express can someone please tell me why the order went back and forth from laguna to manila.laguna,and to manila again? Bro if you're gonna call yourself the flash atleast get it here by two days JNT doesn't call themselves the flash but they're hella fast
Unprofessional and lies
I have ordered through shein and first the delivery status explained that the order could be delayed because of natural disaster in bangkok which are unexistant, then saying that they called me to deliver and did not answer... No body called, then trying to contact them and the call center only in THAI. The order is paid already and still nothing, impossible to join them and lying on delay reasons we never order again

I have a delivery notification since 10.09.
It’s 14.09 today and I have not received my order as yet.
I have called multiple times , and tried other channels but they have no information. Just say we are following and someone will connect you.
They have a system that says we will push your delivery and you will get it today itself.
Well it has been many today’s now.

Second day, package delivered in some totally unrelated place 7km away from our home. Had to leave work to meet the driver at a nearby Tesco to retrieve the package.

Lies and no delivery!
Same problems everyone else is describing. They claim to have contacted you but my phone log is clear. After contacting customer support they now claim that there has been a mix up at the sortation centre and are asking me to send them my address. Still don't have my 55 inch TV. Very unprofessional, stay far away from that company!
