It looks like we've got a new driveway. I wasn't present when the jet washing was done but I saw the machine in the van and it is pretty impressive before it has even been turned on.

Genuine, reliable, good communications and a great job
I was lucky enough to be able to observe Ben and team as they worked on a neighbour's property. Liking what I saw I asked for a quote to clear our frankly disgusting gutters and roof gulley, completely blocked by pigeon mess. Totally unfazed, Ben did a quick survey, and gave a reasonable price and fixed a date. Part of the gulley proved to be too tough to complete from a ladder (that stuff sets like cement) and we agreed that he would return with a tower to give safe access to the roof. All done and I'm no longer ashamed of my roof and gutters. And he took away all of the rubbish for disposal. No hesitation to recommend (and wish we had found him sooner)

Good pressure washing service and experience
My driveway, patios and side access were in need of pressure washing, weed and moss removal. I booked Ben months in advance and I was excited when the day came to have the Flawless treatment. He did sanding as well and the driveway in addition had the weed treatment. Overall I'm happy with the results, the slabs original colour was restored and looks new, the weeds and moss are all gone for now. Ben himself is a great guy to deal with. I recommend him and his services to others.

Flawless service!
Ben came and cleaned the drive, 2 x patio and path at house on Wednesday. I have since had to purchase a number of sun glasses for myself and guests as the glare from the cleaned patio etc is too much 😂😂. Joking aside, an excellent job by Ben. Friendly and very professional, I highly recommend him.

Patio looks freshly laid!
I think the best thing I can say about Ben & Flawless is that when he left yesterday it looked like he had re-laid the whole patio brand new! From the first text I sent to ask for a quote to close of play yesterday the whole experience was extremely professional and I cannot recommend Ben & Flawless highly enough!

Highly recommend - cleaned resin drive, gutters and roof
We used FCS to clean our resin drive, gutters and moss off our roof and the transformation was shockingly good. Ben was such a professional and takes great care and passion in what he does. Lovely honest guy and quick to respond, came with a smile and left with smile. Cleared everything before he left and kept it clean and tidy. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend to all of our friends and neighbours.
