Flight Centre Canada - Flight Centre Royal Bank Plaza Bewertungen

My husband and I were in crisis mode, having been ripped off and left without anywhere to stay in Toronto, by an Airbnb scammer.

Cameron Allen of Flight Centre at the Royal Bank plaza location saved the day for us. He was able to find us reasonable, last-minute accommodation in the GTA that met our needs. We could not have been better served by this young man. He is competent, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding.

Kudos to Cameron Allen!! Take note, Flight Centre management - he deserves a promotion and a pay raise. Our trip went from being a nightmare to being a pleasure again in just an hour or so with Cameron taking care of us.

Thank you, Cameron!

We recently arrived from Australia. Some of our accommodation and pre booked trips had not been reserved by our Sydney travel agent.
We met Cameron Allen from Flight Centre Toronto who could not do enough to help us. He found our reservations and forwarded on our travel vouchers.
Cameron was very friendly, professional and efficient and had our Canadian experience at heart.
If you are in Toronto and have difficulties with your travel agent, I cannot recommend highly enough to go to Flight Centre Toronto, especially Cameron Allen.
Thanks Cameron for all you did to help.

The Flight Centre Royal Bank Plaza in Toronto is amazing. Our travel agent was amazing - fun, upbeat, and knowledgeable about the country we were visiting. More than that, he gave us a memorable trip filled with adventure, a bespoke experience - one with lasting memories. He understood we were looking for a non-touristy, unique experience -- and he delivered.
Hotels, car rental, ferry experience, restaurant suggestions, etc. He delivered.

Matthew Berriman was THE MAN. I was stuck in India and he was instrumental in getting me out. He was extremely helpful, patient and professional both getting me to India and back again to Canada. You don’t often get the opportunity to experience the level of customer service he embodies . A gem of a guy.

We used Steve to book our flight and EU Rail passes. He took the time to meet with me in person and booked everything suited to our needs and preferences. Steve was accessible the entire trip and provided support when the airline made changes to our return flight. He continued to follow after our return to make sure we had a good experience.
Great work Steve and thank you!!

I just had my 2nd cruise, flight and hotel booking now with Flight Center Canada in Toronto with Matt! It was a breeze going through all the booking during our first one in April 2025 so we decided to definitely do our future bookings again with him and now we had just booked again for an 11 day trip in December 2025 with him! Matt is an experienced and has attention to details - definitely recommendable! They are now located beside Union Station in downtown!

Cameron Allen is a true asset to FlightCentre since before we met in person earlier today as he sent me an introductory message upon my return from Miami this spring. His top notch service as well as his step by step professional guidance are highly commendable.

I’ve had a great experience working with Cameron so far! He’s been incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to my questions, and has made the booking process smooth and stress-free. Everything has been clearly laid out, and I feel confident knowing I’m in good hands. Looking forward to the rest of the trip planning process.

I still find working with a travel expert better for complex bookings - we booked a multi stop trip through Asia and I don’t think I’d be able to do it this quickly or throughly online thank you flight centre
