I have been using Sandra Raw at Flight Centre for at least 7 years now, she has been exceptional. I have had a stroke and have Ménière’s disease which makes travel extremely unpredictable for me. She has never complained, or refused to change a flight and there have been numerous changes. Sandra, you deserve a huge thank you from me. I am thankful for meeting you so many years ago when I did my first experience with flight center.

I used Carmen Coetzee to assist me with my family holiday trip and I HIGHLY recommend using her services.She was extremely helpful, patient and accommodative as I changed my mind a few times on the destination as well as the number of people on the trip...this meant she needed to provide me with various quotes and suggestions.
