Terrible decision buying in this page, they charged me for the tickets and 1 week later they said that the tickets are not available. I called and texted and they didn’t answer until now. I had to report them as a scam and fraud to my bank account. Please don’t buy in this page. Ana never answered.

I strongly advise others to avoid booking flights through this company.

I booked a flight for two passengers in November 2025 and was later contacted by an agent named Rachael, who informed me that the tickets had been cancelled. I was assured that I would receive a full refund of $711.44 USD within 10 days.

As of today, I have not received any refund.

I have made several attempts to contact the company by phone, but the calls go unanswered and remain on hold indefinitely. There has been no meaningful communication or resolution.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Please be cautious before making any payments, as getting your money back appears to be very difficult.
