Just a wonderful experience by a team who really understands excellent customer service. Great selection from the best sunglasses on the market. They were able to accommodate my overnight shipping request without issue.
I plan to order more from them and will refer friends and colleagues.

My experience with Flight Sunglasses was far superior than dealing with most internet companies. The prices were competitive, and the variety of brands and styles was impressive. The website was easy to navigate, offering a wide selection of high-quality sunglasses. My preorder phone call was met with a very professional and courteous person who was able to answer all of my questions. Once I placed my order online, in less than 5 minutes I got an email confirming that my order was being shipped out the same day. I was given a tracking number and they kept me informed as to the whereabouts of my sunglasses as it made its way to my door. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be returning for my future sunglass needs. I would highly recommend buying any of the products that Flight Sunglasses has to sell. Future customers would not be disappointed with their selection and service.

Very happy customer experience.

Smooth as silk! Awesome transaction, just how you want it to go. Predicable and reliable… way to go!

Truly superior service from start to finish. The end product actually exceeded my expectations. The customer service and follow-through were prompt, efficient, and friendly. This is a company that leads by the finest example.

Excellent ordering experience, fantastic customer service. Email/phone calls were answered and everyone I talked to was super helpful. Would 100% recommend this business to my friends

Flight Sunglasses is a wonderful company. Their customer service and attention to detail are unmatched. Steve and Kate are efficient, professional, awesome and provide amazing guidance! Trish too! I have ordered two Serengeti eyeglasses from them over the last two years! I’m very pleased with the fit, the style and quality. Whether you are in the market for regular prescription glasses or sunglasses, Flight Sunglasses is a must!

Customer service was excellent. The glasses I was looking for had been back ordered from the company for quite awhile. I’m so happy I decided to wait it out with Flight sunglasses. Steve kept me informed every step of the way and when they arrived they were perfect!

I bought a set of prescription lenses for my Serengeti Velocity frames. I was unable to mount the lenses myself. I sent TWO pairs of Velocity sunglasses to them to move the lenses from one frame to the other and mount the prescription lenses in the first frame. It took them one day to do this and they had my sunglasses shipped back to me the next day.

I was ready for a new pair of Serengeti prescription sunglasses. My previous pair of Serengeti small aviators that are 10 years old are still in great shape, but there are some minor scratches on the lenses. I contacted Flight Sunglasses and found I could now get new Serengti with mineral glass lenses, which I believe my previous pair has. They don't scratch like plastic lenses do.
Anyway, I wanted progressive lenses, and Steve sent me a pair of frames so I could take pictures and he could determine where my pupils were in relation to the lenses. I took several pictures, and he had me take more with suggestions to make sure all the measurements were accurate.
I received my glasses yesterday and they are perfect. I believe they're even better than what the local eye glass stores do.
Unfortunately Serengeti doesn't replace lenses in their older frames that have been discontinued, so I sent another pair of Strata frames to Flight Sunglasses to have the triplex progressive lenses made. We did the same procedure of taking pictures, and am still waiting for those to be sent back, but I'm confident those will be perfect as well.
I highly recommend Flight Sunglasses, just make sure you listen to them when taking pictures. When they say they have what they need, rest assured the prescription will come back perfect.
As for price of Serengeti, if you can make them last ten to twenty years, as I do, the price per year is about $40.
Take care of them and they'll last for a long long time.

Traveled to York, PA to visit their brick and mortar store. What an amazing experience! Kate was incredibly helpful and Steve amplified this experience with his keen insights of the various manufacturers and technologies.

Beginning to end, it was the epitome of superior customer service. I was never rushed and extreme diligence was displayed to assure all of my requirements were met - even those I wasn’t aware of!

If you’re looking for expertise, this is the place you should go to.

What an outstanding company! From fantastic products to first class customer service this company rocks! My sunglasses arrived as if customer service was watching every step of the order/shipping process. I highly recomend flightsunglasses.

Excellent communication. Custom lenes green base with blue mirror tint came out great. Thanks for all the help.

I have been wearing Serengeti sunglasses with the bronze drivers lenses for years! The drivers lenses are amazing. I have finally decided to order prescription lenses and after talking to the RX representative at Serengeti, I was referred to Flight Sunglasses! Trish and Steve were amazing! We were so amazed with the professional service we also ordered a pair of prescription glasses for my wife as well as two more non prescription glasses in the exact same style! They send the order to Serengeti along with the prescription and exact dimensions provided by photographs and information from our optometrist! I’m so excited to receive my glasses with the confidence of their attention to detail, they will be exactly as ordered!!

Fabulous service has been looking for these glasses for months; I emailed them last Friday am in stock ordered online; they were dispatched Friday afternoon and delivered to Dubai today. Many thanks for the fabulous service.

Steve and his team were super responsive, polite and goal oriented. Their focus was to deliver a great product experience to match the quality merchandise on their shelves.

Dropped my Velocity's and shattered a lens.
Ordered replacement and had them 3 days later.
Wasn’t expecting the installation kit that came with it. Resulted in a quick swap and install of the new lenses.
Great to discover companies that go above and beyond expectations!

To say that I’m thrilled with my experience would be an understatement.

I recently placed an order for a pair of prescription Randolph Aviators, and within two hours (on a Sunday), the owner called to discuss a compatibility issue with the sunglasses and my high index prescription.

He was super friendly, patient, and had a great solution ready for me. He also helped me get into another pair of Randolph’s that I couldn’t previously find prescription options for.

In addition to this, he helped me figure out the proper sizing.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I’m so glad I stumbled upon them. Service at this level is truly rare.

I had a 6 year old pair of non-prescription Maui Jim sunglasses I loved but my vision has changed and I needed them in script. Both Kate and Steve worked tirelessly to get me that same exact frame and lens in prescription - all in less than 2 weeks. Many thanks and kudos!
