I honestly thought I would never receive the brush. It took absolutely way to long to ship and receive. Now that I have it, I’m sure I will find it very beneficial.

Have 2 Newfs-very good for getting all the extra hair,that usually just drops in my house-its that time of year for them to drop(shed) hair before winter fur comes in.Very happy with this tool!

I thought the key ring would be in a nice gift box like in ur advertisements not in a squashed cardboard box, and also the time frame to receive it was ridiculous….

I purchased both Chair Yoga Guides. Was a bit disappointed that BOTH books are EXACTLY THE SAME! Seniors 60+ and Weight Loss. The instructions are exactly the same, no difference in the guide. I then could’ve ordered just the one book had I known this at time of purchase.

SCAM and completely worse service. I ordered a grooming tool for my pets and waited weeks. I was always checking the tracking portal. On July 12th, it finally showed that it was only but an hour away. I knew it was just a matter of days before it would get to my home. However, the following day I received an update on the tracking portal that the package was delivered on July 9th to my front doorstep. No package.
I immediately contacted their customer service, which can only be done by email. I explained to them that there was no package received and that I had doorbell camera proof to prove it. Although they apologized, the representative was insistent that my package was delivered and that there was nothing that they could do. I had requested proof of delivery and was sent the label . I confirm the address but the package was not received . This had gone on for about 5 days. I had requested a refund or a replacement. Instead of honoring my request, they said there was nothing they could do and that I needed to file a claim with the shipping company. When I tried to file a claim, everything was in a different language. This whole experience was extremely frustrating. I never got my products and all I was getting was apologies and nothing they could do. Buyers beware.

Great even though it took quite awhile to get them, well worth the wait. They are so cute!!

That Lil small Azz box, I should've ordered more if I knew it was that small. Long as it took to get here, bout 3 weeks. If I like when I use it, I'll give you guys a better rating.

Shipping time is over a month since they come from China. Brush worked well pulling loose fur off the cat but does get caught up in the mats and pulls their fur instead of cutting through it.

I placed my order. Everything went well, and I received my merchandise. I was very pleased.

I ordered the Electric Spray Air Cushion Massage Comb and it doesn't work like it shows on the advertisement and $60 for a plastic brush is too expensive. If you really want to try it, you can buy the same thing from different companies at a cheaper price.

I just got and so far I am loving it

I was skeptical when I ordered this! Ad looked great, but AI can make anything look great, but we decided to try it anyhow. It works great! I was highly impressed. The ONLY reason I gave this a four- Star and not a 5- star review was because of the shipping time. I'm used to Amazon shipping times. This reminded me of TV ads when I was a kid and they would say "allow 6-8 weeks for delivery." The payment was processed in the UK and the brush shipped from Greece. At least it wasn't China!

The grooming tool is great and works as advertised. It is perfect for my German Shepherd.

The pens came out nice and exactly as pictured. I thought it would have been a little heavier. Great gift for someone in the military. Thanks

Bigger than I thought which makes it nice. Use mostly clipping tops together.

Ordered product then received email updates of shipping status every couple of days. Total ship time from order to receipt was about 10 days. No problems.
