FloggleWerks

Received my product mich faster than I expected. Everything was packaged with care and exactly what I ordered

After a recommendation from family member, ordered your Middle Earth Pipe as a Christmas gift for my son. Just received and couldn't be happier. Beautiful craftsmanship and I especially like the fact I was able to customize with my son's name. Can't wait for him to see Christmas morning. Thank you so much.

The pipe came on time and was exactly what it was suppose to be.

Quality products with timely shipping. The customer service response was great.

Very well made pipe. Flawless craftsmanship. Have yet to start breaking it in but will get to it. Thank you for a great pipe.

I bought this pipe for my boyfriend. It arrived in a timely manner and included clear care/cleaning/maintenance instructions that I wouldn't have even thought to ask about. The pipe is just as gorgeous as the pictures and feels great to the touch. We will be buying from this shop again!

They made an amazing custom piece for me that I couldn't be happier about!

Hasn’t been fully tried out since it’s a Christmas present but I will say it’s gorgeous and I know my husband is going to dig this cool smoke. Keep up the good work! Thinking I may get a diff one if he likes this one a lot:)

Loved the little handwritten note at the bottom of my receipt!

Great!! Love it

This was my first purchase from Floggelwerks and it did not disappoint! I'm fairly new to pipe smoking and this was my first churchwarden. The Eternity pipe is absolutely wonderful and I look forward to more to come! Thank you Floggelwerks!

Great unique product! Carefully and beautifully hand crafted. Fast delivery, well packaged.

the pipe that I had purchased had the exact length and curvature that I was looking for. It had arrived five days after my purchase which makes me very happy. The only downside that I have noticed and it is probably because it is brand new. The finish on the wood bowl had slightly rubbed off onto my hand and on the fourth use but I will say the bowl was pretty warmed up and this is my first ever pipe😅. But overall very pleased and I would recommend to others. 😊

Nice pipe. Will buy again. Great service.

Great product and great customer service! The pipes are amazing quality and just really cool to look at. Being a family owned business there was some sort of family emergency and my order wouldn't be shipped in the usual time frame. They reached out and asked if I would like a refund for the inconvenience but obviously it wasn't necessary and answered any questions I did have very promptly. And the prices are awesome too!

This would have turned out a bad experience if the pipe was lost in transit. To my luck it just got DELIVERED. Please do not use USPS for international mail. And please have better people at customer service who care about your customers and not just smash the terms and conditions on customers face !!

Absolutely beautiful pipe got this for my husband for his birthday and he loves it! It's like a piece of functional art it's very well made I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you so much!!

Just received my exotic churchwarden pipe and this pipe is awesome. The craftsmen ship and materials used are excellent. I am very happy with this pipe.
Thank you so very much for all your skilled work.

Product quality was more than expected. Quality product if you follow the break in instructions. Thank You! ‘Will definitely do business with Fogglewerks again!

First I should say I am not entirely new to pipe smoking, but this is my first and only Flogglewerks pipe.

Upon receiving the pipe I thought it looked a bit overly simple but still a beautiful piece. I did a light coating of honey on the inside of the bowl and allowed that to dry for around 32 hours. I loaded it with some SPC Plum Pudding Special Reserve flake and sat back for a long and slow smoke. At first I could not have been more pleased!! The pipe smoked easy and smooth with a fine cool smoke. I smoked it slow with plenty of breaks, totaling to roughly 2 hours. Never once did it feel hot to the touch in my hand. However, as I was getting to the bottom of the bowl it started to taste especially bitter and downright nasty. When I tapped the bowl out, to my complete disappointment and despair, a large portion of the bottom of the chamber had been burned away. So much so that the end of the stem was charred!

To conclude, I really really wanted to love this pipe. But one smoke, and it is ruined. I smoked it slow and cool, trying to build a cake in the chamber. Very sad and disappointed to have such a piece be a one smoke pipe.
