After spending lots of time studying LVP, Flooret was at of the top of the list of what I wanted in quality of product and appearance.

We love the flooring and so does our installer. I ordered the same flooring for our entire house, but nearly half of what Flooret delivered was the wrong product. Which we didn’t discover until part of the way through installation. We made the tough decision to keep what was delivered and use it on a different level of the house, and luckily we had enough. The alternative was to wait weeks for replacement flooring and reschedule with our installer, which also meant weeks more in a motel. Flooret blamed me for not spotting the problem at delivery and only gave us a 10% refund. I wasn’t happy with their attitude nor their quality control, which they admitted they needed to improve. So buyer beware. Order early and check it right away.
On the other hand Krista, who helped me later with my return of leftover flooring, was helpful, patient, and followed up quickly. She was the best part of the whole process!

I've installed several LVP floors in different homes. This product by far was the best. Arrived in excellent condition, and yes the quality and locking system is far superior to big box stores. However I had to wait about 2 months after ordering it- it comes from overseas. I did a bulk order one month and decided to order a couple extra boxes in a separate order. The planks in the new boxes did not lock onto the planks from a bulk order. It was quite the ordeal figuring out the problem and trying to solve. Always order in bulk...enough during the first order to get you through the entire project.

Customer service is outstanding.i have a very specific situation trying to fit flooring. Mike is very responsive to emails. Twice now he's right on the ball. I have a beautiful lato signature floor. Just beautiful and very good quality.

Samples came fast. The product seems sturdy and great.

I am so impressed with this company and my floors! We did a total kitchen remodel with walls being opened up. The samples impressed my flooring guy (45 yrs selling/servicing flooring of all types). Installed last week and we are in love! My husband wasn’t sure (he loves tile) but even he is impressed! Not a single broken/damaged piece!

The Flooret LVP is a really solid product. Whereas most other manufacturers will repeat with little variation, the Flooret planks stagger and flip patterns so you are less likely to get exact repeats. We went with the Soho Base, and we're really pleased with the aesthetics. In addition, I had some additional compatibility issues with different runs/batches ordered, but customer service was able to assist and resolve without further issues. The experience left me very satisfied.

I have another project where I used TrafficMaster laminate flooring, and when I will inevitably have to replace that floor, I will aim to use Flooret instead—the upfront cost makes up for the labor and time you'll have to invest with any other product.

Referencing some reviews that I see here, I did observe some mild separation, but unpacking and letting the flooring sit out should help mitigate that issue (it is vinyl after all).

I've installed several floating floors from laminate to LVP. This was by far the best quality. Very realistic and very little loss of product due to breakage. Love my floor!

First of all, their vinyl plank floors are top of the line and gorgeous, and truly look as close to real wood as possible. So worth it to upgrade to these premium floors. Second, their customer service is unparalleled- Ive never had such friendly, patient, and cheerful support. Will absolutely be working with Flooret again.

I chose Flooret Signature floors because they seemed like a competitively priced option in the higher end LVP market. The product is aesthetic and made with a stone core. It also has a 40 mil wear layer which is thicker than the more common 20 mil wear layer that other quality LVP products use. I also like that the backer material was more of a rubberized material rather than cork. The locking system can be finicky it tight places like thinner atrips along walls or under 1 to 2 door jams. If you run your planks WITH a door, I recommend removing your door trim so you can drop it straight down, rather than trying to angle or bend the plank into place.

First and foremost the modin LVP Kingswood is an excellent product. Looks great in the house.
My installer loved that it was easy to install and told his contractor to use Flooret when ever possible.
Company is very fantastic to work with and very responsive to my inquiries. The return process of unopened boxes of flooring was amazingly fast.
Money for my purchased flooring was reimbursed to my bank account the next day.
Highly recommend this company.

I ordered the Soho Signature flooring back in December 2023. We finally had it installed this week and all I can say is "WOW". The flooring turned out better than we ever imagined. It is a great product and after reviewing many Youtube videos on it we sure made the right choice.

Having installed LVP in two prior homes and now needing to upgrade over 800 sq ft in our new home, I thought it would be as simple as returning to the big box stores, picking out a color and pattern and installing. After buying over 12 different boxes of flooring to get a good sample of the color we returned each one not finding what we were looking for. Frustrated, we turned to you tube and found a few professional installers recommending Flooret. Our thorough online review of the product as well as online reviews gave us hope. We ordered two planks each of colors that looked promising. Wasn’t in love with the idea of having to pay for sample planks with no hope of being able to return, but moved forward as we were somewhat desperate. Fortunately, one of the looked to be a perfect match to what we had been looking for (Sutton Signature wide planks). Somewhat nervous about ordering 35 boxes online, but the process was made simple and very clear. As with the sample planks, the main order arrived quickly and as expected.
But better yet, instillation of this high quality product proved to be easy when following instructions provided by “so that’s how it is done” you tube videos. These large planks are tough and well made with very few noticeable repeats in pattern. As is often the case with other brands, you will find the tongue and groves to be very durable and difficult to break if handled properly.
In summary, the floor color and pattern look great. Couldn’t be more happy with our having chosen Flooret.

The quality of the product itself. It may be a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for and more.

I loved the size of samples, big enough so you can get a good idea of how they’ll look in my rooms. The sample kit had a good variety of colors. I like the 9” width of the signature line, but I think the Base line would be fine for us and more affordable. I wish the base line was available in the wider width. I may order a few full length samples to get an idea of the bevels.

We went with the Signature 9” wide planks and are so happy with the results! We tried to install ourselves, but ended up hiring an installer.

Nothing but great things to say about the quality of the flooring and the EXCEPTIONAL customer support and service. Great company to deal with and a beautiful product. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent, beautiful, product! We hired installers for this job. Our home has curves and angles in every room. I used the app to order and checked the box to add the recommended overage. We were short 3 planks to finish the project. I attribute that to all the angles. I am incredibly pleased with the finished project! It’s even more beautiful than I had anticipated. Every installer we showed the samples to told us this was a very good quality product! We chose Modin LVP Jova absolutely perfect!!

The absolute best company to deal with over the phone. Short wait times with friendly, knowledgeable, patient and easy to understand people. The lvp flooring was relatively easy to install and looks beautiful! I've seen many homes with lvp flooring, but none look and feel as much like real wood as the Flooret lvp. The beveled joints add to the realistic look and the 40mil wear layer is the best in the business.

Delivery of samples and the ordered flooring was great and quickly done. The floor itself has been installed and we love it! Our contractor and his team had no problems installing the flooring. The installation, including removing the old flooring and new kick plates for our cabinets and painting and installing new baseboards, was done in 1 day.

We ordered several samples from different companies. We really liked flooret because of the modern colors. Plus it’s seemed to be best quality floors on the market for reasonable price. Next week will be ordering Lato signature flooring to cover the whole second floor in our new build house. I loved all the samples I ordered, it was tough choose, but Lato seems to coordinate best with the tile on the first floor and it’s very neutral and will go with great with modern,transitional or costal style. I can’t help you with color chose, it depends on your design. But if you unsure, I recommend to order couple of full size floor plank to see how it looks in your space.
Can’t wait to see Lato installed in our house… so excited!!!
