Go Elsewhere - Avoid the pain

I ordered 3/4" rubber flooring and was told I could pick it up locally. I received a confirmation email with the address, hours, and phone number. When I arrived, the facility (a third-party warehouse, not Flooring Inc) informed me they do not carry 3/4" at all.

I wasted 2 hours round trip with a truck and trailer, then spent another 2 hours on the phone with Flooring Inc while standing in the warehouse.

Final outcome:
I was given two options:

Pay $700 to ship the 3/4" from another facility (with ?? leadtime)
Or accept 1/2" flooring (worth $600 less)

I took the 1/2" just to move forward.

Then it got worse.

They issued a new order and charged me for “quick ship” and shipping twice a total of $559.30 in shipping fees for a product I physically picked up myself.

Luckily, I documented everything at the warehouse. Comparing that to the revised invoice, there’s a $526.33 discrepancy. It appears they tried to inflate costs to match my original order total and avoid issuing a proper refund.

It’s now been nearly a week with no resolution, and I’m forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I understand mistakes happen. I’m patient and give companies the opportunity to fix issues.

This was not a mistake. This was repeated mismanagement followed by questionable billing practices.

Save yourself the headache. There is no “deal” here, just frustration and wasted time.

Go anywhere else.

customer service was great

customer service was great, I had a tight turnaround and the rep sorted everything perfectly and quickly.

Edit: I am changing this to a three star review as the order was not completed in the timeline it was supposed to have been. The only reason it is not a one star review is that the service rep I spoke to afterwards was very nice, and although they were not able to get me the product on time I was fully refunded.

I still don’t have the bulk of my order…

I still don’t have the bulk of my order and even though I paid for quick shipping, I had nothing . It hasn’t even left your factory yet. Your order process is absolutely horrible. It took me 5 attempts to even get the flooring in the cart. I am not optimistic about the product now

Terrible service. Order never shipped

I ordered rubber flooring and adhesive. The adhesive came quickly. The flooring never shipped even tho I repeatedly called & was promised that it would. After 30 days, I cancelled the flooring order. I am now stuck with a $300 bucket of adhesive that they will not allow me to return. This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not buy here

I ordered gym floor mats on 3/17/26 and…

I ordered gym floor mats on 3/17/26 and was told that delivery would be between 3/21/26 and 3/25/26. On 3/23/26 I received an email saying they would be mailed out between 3/25/26 and 3/31/26. I called on 3/23/26 and cancelled the order. I received a case number for the cancellation. On 3/27/26 I received an email saying that they’d been trying to reach me to tell me that there was a 25% restocking fee. If they had given me the correct delivery dates I wouldn’t have placed the order. They’re not easy to contact nor to do business with.

Horrible product, horrible company

Horrible product, horrible company. We ordered 3 rolls of rubber flooring. We had a company come and lay it (no nails) and built our all in one gym on top of it. When we started using the gym, we noticed (by stepping on them) sharp metal pieces coming out of the flooring. We have pulled 19 twisted pieces of metal out of the flooring to date. They refuse to give me the manufacturer's name and after 2 months of back and forth, their solution was to tell me to apply a sealant. Laughable. Unless you want tetanus, don't buy from them!

Ordering online is OK

Ordering online is OK. The product came at a decent time, but it came in two separate days and the first box look like somebody built it because the other box must’ve busted open and they drove over it with forklift walked on it and things were torn up but trying to get a hold of you guys is the worst thing I’ve ever had to try to get done. I’ve got emails. I’ve got pictures everything Faly. I found a phone number and stayed online long enough for someone to answer. He was a very nice man and a little well. That experience went well but he says like the product will take about a month when the first project only took a couple days. I need this before that month and nobody’s responding when I’m asking that I need it before a month communication with this AI stuff has got to stop.
