We needed flooring for our new property & had been messed around by another company. We searched on Trust Pilot and Flooring Matters of Heathfield, Newton Abbot came up as being good. We went to visit their easily accessible shop at Heathfield where Neil talked us through the different vinyls & then visited our property within three days to measure it up. Their price was very competitive & they booked us in for the floor to be laid within three weeks. Iain, who laid the floor, was easy to get on with & a quick worker. Flooring Matters made the whole experience so easy and we would recommend them to anyone who wants new flooring,

I heard about their showroom and prefer to shop local where I can, so we went to look to get inspiration for our new house. The showroom is lovely with great displays. Neil was very helpful and showed us some options we hadn't thought of. Well worth a visit, we'll definitely be back once the house sales completed thanks Neil 😁

The team have been amazing in completing the fitting of 4 new carpets (including stairs). John has done an excellent job each time. Neil has also been incredibly patient when we encountered a water leak problem and replacing the final carpet was delayed by 4-5 months.
