I am so impressed with Floppy Ear
I am so impressed with Floppy Ear - I ordered 2 fallow deer antler chews and with free postage through Royal mail, our little Westie didn't have to wait long to start chewing! Already it seems as though its going to last a long time. I've used this company before and will certainly use them again...

We've orded quite a few times, generally all good but the weight of the antlers was a bit low this time. Floppy ear fixed this for us immediately, their customer service is excellent and will continue to use them. Refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about it's customers, would highly recommend

Fast customer service response and good quality treats for dogs
Have ordered treats for my dog few times already with Floppy Ear and they always offered nice quality food and fast delivery.
Customer Service responded to my queries fast when they sent me the wrong item. They got it sorted right way which made me feel satisfied.

Easy to order, delivered quickly, My dog loves the yak chews, trouble is they don't last him very long, will order a bigger one next time. The deer antler lasts a lot longer so he's always got something to chew on. No use giving him toys, they are destroyed in seconds!
