I placed a small order and had a query after ordering, Megan got back to me in good time. The item arrived well packaged and is exactly as described. Will probably shop with them again for gifts as they have nice and unusual items. I don't often bother leaving reviews but as I checked trustpilot before ordering from them, I thought I should add my experience for others to see.

Very disappointed with my purchase from this company. I ordered a beautiful pair of pomegranate earrings and expected the ones that are on the website. I was sent a very cheap pair of earring that weren't even close to what is on the website. They said they would sort this out for me. They have now said they can't so I would beware that you might get a very poor quality item similar to what they have on the website. The earrings were sent in very cheap plastic bag with lots of Chinese Writing on it. I would have loved to add a photo to show you the difference.

False advertising fake cheap products
False advertising I’ve gone backwards and forwards with them they claim what they are doing isn’t illegal but they are advertising nice bags on the website charging £40 and sending cheap Ali express knock offs, the bag they we’re advertising they do not have, they couldn’t send me the product because they don’t have it, I’ve had no choice but to report them to trading standards their customer care is appalling, please save yourself and DO NOT buy anything from these!!!

Thank you for getting in touch, however we believe this review is very unfair. Firstly, we sell items from our suppliers who we have a personal relationship with. You can find out more about what we do on our about us page:

There may be similar bags on such websites but we check quality and only sell products we have personally seen and assessed from suppliers we visited whilst travelling. That is not to say companies have taken our personal photos and used them as their own to sell cheaper, lesser quality items. We then received endless threatening emails, and a charge back request within 24 hours before we even had the chance to reply. We offered to pay for return shipping and offer a full refund, but we are still yet to receive the item back from yourself after requesting it back several times. Again, if you would like to receive a refund, please send the item back to our return address provided on the website. We are happy to accept any returns within the 30 day time frame - in this case, because you are clearly very upset we will offer a refund upon return of the bag so we can inspect what may have happened here. In future, we ask that you possibly discuss potention resolutions with the company before opening chargebacks and sending abuse without following return policies. Personally, to us, it does look like you are looking for a freebie which is why we only offer refunds on return of the item, as offering refunds without return means a loss for us and our lovely suppliers.
