I returned some perfumes back to this company and I had Royal mail tracking to say that they had received the perfumes back okay But the customer service for this company is absolutely atrocious. I think they must be using artificial intelligence because I still haven’t got my refund as of yet and it seems like the email responses are coming from an automated system. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with regarding customer service. AVOID!! Plus they are very slow responding to the emails that you do send.

So glad I read these reviews. I was promised a sample (fre) in the post that never happened , this ewas months ago.I emailed the company to ask what happened. They made some conciliatory answer saying had I ordered a fragrance and then refused to answer me when I said no, this was meant as a free sample to see if I liked the perfume .Clearly the promise of a sample is ONLY if you order a full size. In the end I was about to order a sample pack and then read the reviews of what people thought of the scents! I have definitely decided against this so thank you to the reviewers for saving me £20

Very disappointed in Floral Street! For valentine they brought out a new fragrance called "Enchanted Masquerade." This perfume you would think has been made from some kind of precious once in a love time recipe/potion.
It is kept under lock and key 🔑
I have not been able to smell what it is like. They have it in Boots and Marks and Spencer but it is locked away in cabinets and when you ask can you smell it you are told there are NO TESTERS.
So Floral Street think people will happily spend £115.00 on a perfume they cant even smell!!
Whoever has made this decision is an IDIOT!!! Way to go marketing team!
Makes me just want to boycott every buying or recommending this brand ever again!

Having been a customer for several years, I have bought perfumes and home products in store (Covent Garden) and on line. The products that have arrived by post have been packaged in pretty boxes with bright shredded tissue and obvious care. Today I received an anonymous box from an unknown sender. It contained a crumpled wad of hard black paper over the bottle of perfume. This was not wrapped and was covered in dust. There was no delivery note and nothing to tell me it had actually come from the real company.
I tried to contact the company via their ‘contact’ form- it would not submit, despite trying three or four times. I tried their ‘chat’ feature - it isn’t - it’s a bot that quotes FAQs. I put a comment on social media and received an email. I described the problem, as requested, and got a response saying- pretty much- that’s the way we’re packaging and sending now. It was dismissive and clearly the company are no longer bothered about customer service. What a shame. Won’t be ordering again.

I placed an order for Arizona Bloom, but waited a couple of weeks to open the bottle. The scent was not the same as the fragrance I had previously purchased. This bottle seems to be very watered down and missing some of the fragrance notes compared to my previous bottle. I've contacted the company and have only received AI responses that state the same thing over and over until finally I received what seemed to be a genuine response asking for a photo of the bottom of the bottle and asking if I wanted a prepaid label to return the bottle. I've provided the photo and the information, but now it's been 4 days and absolutely no response. There's no phone number, no other way to contact the company that I can find. Guess, I'll call my credit card company.

Placed an order on 20th September. Courier advised delivery on 23/9. My order for whatever reason was returned to Floral Street. Have had to chase on numerous occasions by email; they are not proactive can only converse with a machine and I still cannot get confirmation that my refund is being processed. Diabolical.

Is this company genuine?
I placed an order and it said delivery 1-2 days but there’s no sign of it. I’ve emailed them but no response.

I'm absolutely obsessed with floral street, especially Arizona Bloom and Neon Rose. I received a free sample (Arizona Bloom) once in a vegan box that I subscribed to and I honestly had never smelt a perfume that just ticked every box. I won't wear anything else other than these two perfumes. Also, customer service is absolutely amazing, I had an issue with one of my deliveries and not only did they respond immediately, they were so professional and helpful. Companies like this are very far and few between. I love floral street and really appreciate their ethics and sustainability. Wonderful company and unmatched fragrances.

No complaints over packaging, delivery and service. The perfume smells cheap and not worth the money. I was transported back to my teenage years (for context, my generation was spraying £1 Impulse and wearing orange foundation).

Such lovely fragrance, great to have a whole wardrobe to choose from rather than only being able to afford one signature scent, just purchased their new Wonderland Peony Mist - LOVE!

Total waste of money. I bought the discovery set, hoping to find a replacement for Dolma perfumes which I loved but have sadly stopped trading.

Why on earth did this company not notice the tiny bottles are fitted with a fiddly spring spray that simply does not work? They just need a simple screw top.Do people not test their own products?

So far I every bottle has failed to spray and most of the perfume has remained totally inaccessible inside each bottle. I may well give up on the remaining bottles as they are impossible and frustrating to use and chuck them in the bin.

So disappointing as I was really hoping they would replace the gap the excellent Dolma vegan trial box has left in my life.

I bought the sample perfumes to try as I read lots of great reviews for this perfume range.
They smell like the worst kind of toilet cleaners, all chemicals with a hint of unpleasant perfume. When the chemical smell has gone you're left with a very unpleasant perfume, at least it's also very faint.

Got the vanilla one. Tried the sample and wow it’s awful! Very chemically smelling and i definitely do not smell vanilla at all. The small amount I sprayed has given me an awful headache. Returning for a refund, have to pay postage despite my statutory rights being intact. Won’t use again. Don’t believe the hype. Dpd driver threw it on the wet ground too.

My daughter and I love Floral Street products. As there is no longer a shop to visit, we have to rely on postal delivery. Early this a.m. I received a text from the couriers saying that my order would be delivered during a window starting in 15 minutes time. This was quite short notice, but I managed to be up in time. I was then annoyed to find not long afterwards that my delivery had been taken to a neighbours house. The driver didn’t even bother to knock on my door. I think Floral Street needs to make more efficient arrangements with its delivery providers. 15 minutes notice of delivery is not long enough and not to stick to that arrangement and take it to another random address unnecessarily is unacceptable. Your products are excellent, please sort out the deliveries!

I’d heard a lot of good things through the internet about floral street perfumes, so with my daughter’s birthday coming I thought I’d buy her one. I bought the wonderland peony. I tried the tester when it arrived and it just blew me away! I’m really fussy with perfume and have worn Chanel’s mademoiselle for years! But I fell in love with the wonderland. So much so I ordered another so I could have one too. Great service from order to delivery. Would highly recommend floral street and you’ll love, love, LOVE the wonderland peony. It’s absolutely beautiful.

I’ve had a few bottles of Floral Street over the years, predominately Arizona Bloom.
This stuff used to smell incredible! However, recently it has started to smell different, Floral Street changed the first bottle with no difficulty. The second bottle also seemed to smell different. Floral Street assured me it is the same as it has always been.
I was thinking maybe it’s just me, my skin ph has probably changed due to being of a ‘certain age’ but I got a friend to wear it for a couple of days. She’s a lot younger than me so no danger of menopause interacting with the perfume and guess what - she says it smells different too.
Also, despite keeping the bottle upright, in the packaging it came in!a cool room - it leaks!!
I do hope that Floral Street hasn’t turned into a company that takes short-cuts on ingredients and supplies to maximise their profits.
Needless to say, I’m now in the market for a new favourite perfume. Such a shame, I once adored this fragrance.

Advertised as longer lasting than your average perfume. Simply not true and none of the fragrances really grabbed me. Thank goodness l only bought the sample set!

Great selection of fragrances I have a couple of favourites and I highly recommend this brand.

I bought the discovery set via an online retailer. Some lovely scents but incredibly disappointing that two didn’t spray, especially as (as luck would have it) they were the two I bought it to specifically try 🙄. Super annoying.

So pleased I found Floral Street.
I first tried the perfume in the beauty shop on our cruise, they were launching the brand on there. During our 3 week cruise I tried all of the perfumes and I must say I was really impressed, my favourites are Wild Vanilla Orchid, Black Orchid and Sunflower Pop, they are really lovely perfumes and I’m fussy. I have also recently bought the diffusers and I can honestly say they are the best diffusers I’ve ever bought, my favourite so far is Lady Emma. Don’t hesitate to buy from this company, brilliant customer service and super quick delivery, amazing packaging too.🌷
